Kebersihan lumayan..
Namun armada harus di perhatikan, seperti waktu KIR dsb..
Driver n knek ramah..

Bau asap rokok di dalam bus, pengemudi banyak merokok, jd kurang nyaman. Padahal penumpang ada yg masih bayi & anak2.

I am giving 1 star because there is no other option to give zero start. We booked Midas Nusantara from malang to denpaser. There was only around 10 people in bus and driver stopped the bus on the way and lied to us that AC is not working which I can see clearly that he closed it. Driver have lose to take 10 people that's why he lied to everyone. And he told go in medali mas which was very bad bus. No reclining seats, no foot support there was nothing. Me and my wife had very bad experience. I called the agent who told me that he will take guarantee if I book from him his name was Dul (malang terminal ). I called him I need refund because you are sending me in a cheap bus and he told me for this I need to call Midas office he cannot do anything. We will never book this bus again. I will suggest you to not to book Midas Nusantara.
