Bukit Cumbri

i came here to see the sunrise, but unfortunatelly the weather was cloudy. no worries, the view still magical tho. highly recommended for newbie or even experts who needs an excercise

Nice view from the top.....
If you are a beginner in hiking, it will be suit to you. It will take about 45-60minutes to climb up to the top. Dont be surprise if you see some monkeys above..... they are the one who will be surprise to see you up there either, hehheehe.....
Many Monkey Guava Trees along the way up. If you have not tasted it before, feel free to try a bit.... it' s ussualy sour and just a little sweet. It will be nice for javanese salad( called lotis) which ussualy being preserved with peanut sauce with chilly and javanesse sugar blended together.
I will prefer on summer to climb up this hill, I imagine how bad the track will be if it is rainy season. It would be dangerous I guess.
Dont forget to bring some water bottle so you can move the liquid bottle from bottle into your stomach. Remember to always bring your garbage down and not throw them a long the way.
What surprise me is that there were many burnt trees spot up there... I hope it''s not because of cigarettes but only a natural causes.

Wonderfull scenery. Only trekking 15 minutes to the top from the nearest village then you will be at the top of the rocks. Its very gorgeous when its sunrise because so many fogs and very cold when it summer. Its also incredible when its sunset. Nice for landscape photography specially for drone.

If you want learn climbing this place can be your choice. Or you want to find beautiful sunrise this place is the best choice. On top you can see hills carpet and mount Merbabu. If you lucky you can find fog slowly moving around or see rain far away.

Advice: in summer bring enough water and sun block you needed.

Its a place that really close to nature. The hill has an amazing view, one hour step up, some wild monkeys on top. Kind people too

Bukit Cumbri is located in the border of Wonogiri Regency in Central Java and Ponorogo Regency in East Java. It takes about 30-45 minutes to get the peak. Bukit Cumbri has an amazing view.

Dabest hill in Ponorogo, East Java. It takes a little effort to get to the peak, but it worth it. Please keep this place natural and beautiful.

a good choice to take a rest from the Tired life. this place offers a beautiful scenery you ever see. it takes 1 hour to get in to the peak of the hill. after you get there, you can enjoy tge beutiful scenery of Ponorogo District, that built inside Valley area. This makes Ponorogo a great choice to go Travelling when you are on holiday or on Weekend. Have a nice day there..... ;*
