Seriously their grilled gurame is the best I ever had. The seasonings are so good it blended perfectly with the fish. I’ve been trying many seafoods but this one really impressed me.

The name of the restaurant is Ayam Bakar Primarasa or Prime Taste Grilled Chicken. The restaurant serves more than chicken. The owner kept the name Grilled Chicken because it was the first menu that was served for the customers. You can actually have a range of choices from seafood to vegetables, all cooked in the traditional Javanese way. The restaurant has a number of branches, and this is one of them. This branch is not the biggest, but it serves just as many dishes as the others. When you come, you will be served with Indonesian kue. Kue is like delicacy dessert, usually sweet. It is complimentary, so you won't find it in the bill!

This is one of the most popular Indonesian cuisines restaurant chain with their signature menu 'Ayam Bakar' (Grilled Chicken) hence the name. Actually there are a lot of foods to choose from, they even provide seafood as well. The atmosphere is really suitable for family eating, though couples may find this place attractive as well (I don't know about the singles out there, just kidding). The price? Better to prepare to spend a couple of hundred thousand IDR if you want a variety on your order.

Love the ambience of the place its vintage building .its has big space enough for group of people .and the food taste good mpst of it ,price still wise for indonesian food type , plus the also have few snack that you can bring home and share with family . For the most delicious is their barbeque chiken and barbeque gurami , if you like spicy food try their chili its also yummy pair with the chiken 😋 have a try when you in surabaya they have many branch in town

Vatiety of menus, from fish, chicken, prawns, vegetables, etc and all is very delicious in my opinion. The place also has a great "sambal". Good ambiance, theres couple of paintings on the wall. Closed at 10 P.M.

Maybe a little expensive javanese culinar, but the taste is very good. When you going there to celebrate birthday, you can tell to the cashier earlier and you will give a birthday surprise with singing and little cakes.

Primarasa in DR. Soetomo has smaller dining area, but the taste is similar to the other branchea... Their cumi goreng tepung is perfectly seasoned to my taste... And they sell sambel terong here... If you are the fans of terong and spicy food, you have to try this...
