Great service, and good communication via WhatsApp! We used them twice for pickup and return delivery from our hotel. So much cheaper and faster than hotel service, plus clothes come back so clean and fresh! Even the really dirty clothes from Rinjani trek came back sparking clean. Would recommend

We had our laundry picked up at about 12.30 pm and had it cleaned and neatly folded returned to me at 20.39. Very good and friendly service!

Great laundry whilst staying at neighbouring hotel, prices are very good considering we got a whole load of laundry done for the price of 1 garment to be laundered at the hotel. Owner was very nice and the service was efficient, laundry came back nice, clean, and smelling so fresh with all the stains from the kids clothes gone. Would definitely recommend if you're staying in the area.

We dropped off 6kg of laundry in the evening and got it delivered the next day perfectly clean and everything was nicely folded and every stain was gone. Only 20.000 Rupiah per kilogram. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and need laundry done.

Reasonable price for laundry service. Rp20k perkg and free delivery to the hotel .we send our clothes at 8.15am the clothes are ready at 7pm. Clean and fast service.

Dropped off 5 kg of clothes in the morning and were returned clean to our hotel in the evening of the same day. The clothes were clean and smelled very fresh. The clothes were wrapped in a bag and sealed. Would recommend this place as they separate wash your clothes and were very good with our clothes. Price is also good.

Great laundry place. They do pickup and drop off laundry. We dropped it off and it was done in 4 hours but we wasn’t going to be around. So we asked for it being drop off to our hotel which took 6 hours. Came home our laundry was nicely folded and in a nice reusable bag.

Clothes came back soft, nicely folded and smelling heavenly. They charge Rp 20,000 per kilogram, Rp 30,000 for express service (within 3 hours). If you drop off your clothes in the morning you can collect them in the evening on the same day. They also do pick-up and delivery. According to their brochure each customer's load is washed separately and 'special detergent and softener for baby cloths'.

Zahra express did out laundry while we were staying at Katamaran resort. Only 20k per kg including pick up and drop off from the hotel. Our laundry was picked up at 9am and returned by 6pm clean, folded and fresh.
