City Hotel

Everything is nice and clean from the lobby to the room. The standard room is pretty small, not much space to move around but it's pretty decent for its price. The bathroom is spacious but there's no separator so it gets wet after we take a shower. Aircon works perfectly. What I really like about this hotel is the breakfast. They have various options and they all taste good. I would recommend this hotel.

hotel looks new. room and bathroom are clean. reception staff are friendly and helpful. good breakfast spread. late at night there was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms - sounded like a group of drunk men and women. it was saturday night

The newest hotel in town. The staffs are friendly, the breakfast is great, the room is good. Most importantly they provide free shuttle bus service to/from the airport. Love it!

Great place to stay in Dumai. Nice rooms, clean toilet and delicioso breakfast. The con is the door locking is quiet difficult to open, i had to tap the card so many times to open it, maybe it needs a fix. Worth the price, thanks!

The staffs r friendly. Breakfast is delicious n there are a lot of choices. You can even park your car at the car park hotel when you go to melaka by ferry. We left our car for two days there. When we came back and took the car, The hotel didn't charge us a dime for parking there. I was really surprised. Thank you cititel.

Recommended place to stay in Dumai. I got room 507 at level 5, not a good view from my room, it was a wall. But in another side of the same level you can see view of Dumai city.

nice and cozy hospitality, the room is not quite big but comfortable and fine. shower is okay, tv, air conditioning, room rate, all is good

Cozy place to stay with affordable price. No swimming pool facility and gym. Limited parking area with only one exit in front of the hotel
