It was a very good hotel for business travel to visit the refinery or the other petrochemical plants in the area

The room is small but clean. Ac work well. It’s a bit difficult to find the entry way to the hotel, missed the sign/name of the hotel but overall is nice and great hotel.

This place offers the best views over the whole town, which is a great place when spending the night with my significant other last week. Nice place to have drinks with friends as well

Having here for 3 night, reception process smooth, bedroom as expected and breakfast has offered wide of variety decent meals, definetly best choice in dumai city...

This is not my first time here. Every time I go to Dumai, this hotel is always my choice. Interesting hotel concept, strategic, complete room facilities, responsive and friendly service, breakfast is also delicious. Spacious parking, smooth wifi, easy disability access. Besides that, it has a rooftop area with an infinity pool. I will never get bored, hopefully it will always be consistent.

The overall tranquility of the rooms allowed for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

One of the highlights of my stay at The Zuri Dumai was the breakfast experience. The hotel offered a fantastic variety of breakfast options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. From a mouthwatering assortment of freshly baked pastries and bread to a wide selection of cereals, fruits, and yogurt, there was something for everyone. The breakfast buffet also included a live cooking station where guests could request made-to-order omelets, pancakes, or waffles. The quality of the ingredients used was apparent, and the flavors were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the local delicacies that were offered, providing a taste of the regional cuisine.

Great location with a great room to stay, our room is on 10th floor so the city view at night is beautiful

To be honest, I just dont get it why the personil at the reception is less of hospitality during my checked in. That is very sad due to my frequent visit to Zuri Hotel, not only in Sumatera but also in Java.

The food is excellent. The rooftop restorant is enjoyable for dinner with friends or family.

Very excited with this hotel, facility, hospitality and sales services are very good

We are staying in the zuri dumai,
We got married in 2009 in the grand zuri dumai,so we thought while we’re having a family holiday we book the zuri the newer one,We booked deluxe room a good size for a family of three and very modern just how we like it!👍 breakfast lovely lots of options,haven’t try the swimming pool yet because of the rain.
But overall experience was good and good location.
Definitely coming back when we’re back in dumai.

Stayed here for business trip. quite new building, the rooms are clean and tidy, the house keeping clean up the room everyday. the staffs are very welcome and polite. the foods 8/10.
