After strong recommendation from my hotel, I tried the thai massage and my daughter got the full body massage. I got body massages in Thailand, Ubud, Vietnam and many other places I have traveled, but this was place was amazing! Everyone is very friendly and eager to assist you and help you relax. It is the must visit place in Gili Air.

Had the best massage of my live. I‘ve been in 4 Star Hotels in Munich and didnt have a Massage as good as here. Dila is a power woman and very helpful. I would come every day if I could.

Honestly probably the best massage i got in whole asia. Atmosphere was also really cosy -without being too fancy- (little music, flowers and private tent). Best quality price ratio by far :)

This is the best place for a massage and beauty treatments on Gilli Air! Dila and her staff are friendly and kind, the premises clean and welcoming. This is one of the only places that offers Thai massage and Nday is the best!

The massage was really EXCELLENT!.
Endang did a mix of massage, osteopathy, physiotherapy, acupressure and chiropractic treatment for 2 hours. He found and released all my lingering tension points !
The massage room is above a hairdressing salon so I had my hair cut as well by Dila who trained in London, and who has and knows how to cut curly hair!

It's really strange because I had a dream last night that I actually remembered - (whereas I very rarely remember my dreams) - that I wanted to have my hair cut and go to an osteopath for my back pain but some dark shadowy figure was trying to stop me!

And this morning I did just what I wanted to do in my dream!

We did the full body massage and it was the best we ever had. We know they do also strong massages there but we love it when it’s not too “hurty” so that we can actually relax :D and it was exactly like that - we felt super relaxed in the whole body after!! On top, such a nice and attentive staff!!

100% recommend Dila Hair and Spa. I specifically booked a full body massage with Dae based on someone's recommendation and he did not disappoint. I went three times in less than two weeks, he was without a doubt one of the best masseurs i've ever had. The space was super lovely and the prices are reasonable. I think it's a good idea to message and book just in case, but I believe the day-times are less busy than the evenings, so you may manage to walk in. I really can't say much more other than if you're looking for the best massage on the Island, you'll find it here.

BEST MASSAGE EVER! I went back 3 times before leaving Gili Air. It’s like a had a completely new body.
Ask for Nday, he is an experienced therapist that uses a mix of Thai and Balinese techniques, who is incredibly intuitive and simply somehow knows exactly what to do to fix your body.
I told him I had pain in my my wrists and hips, and even after 3 months, the usual pain in my wrist, hips and lower back has still not come back.
I often get massages, and this is by far the best massage I’ve had. It’s a deep tissue massage. You won’t regret!

A great friendly place to get your hair treatments, cut, colour or braiding. Dila the owner is a delight with very good English.
They now have a barber for good men's cuts too.
I had one of the best massages with their pro Dai , he's magic with 17 years experience. Best value on the island for the quality.

100% go to this spa and have an hour long massage with Dae. He is AMAZING. It was top 3 best massages I've ever had in my life and I LOVE getting strong massages. He had some moves I've never experienced before and I was so relaxed. The space is this breezy little hut up away from the street level. I just loved the whole experience, and if you're looking for a quality massage on Gili Air, def go here. 180,000 IDR for one hour (and worth ever penny).

Booked massages for my partner and myself for his bday, and the owner and staff surprised us with a beautiful setting (flower petals, snacks and drinks) and sang him happy birthday. They even had a birthday candle for him. It was beyond sweet and adorable.
And the 90min massage with Nday was heavenly and 100% worth it. One of the top massages of our backpacking trip through Southeast Asia. You could tell he was very experienced. He was very thorough, caring, skillful and intuitive. I'm a little picky when it comes to massages as they're never usually strong enough for me, but his deep tissue massage was perfect! Great technique. Already dreaming about going back!
The owner, Dila, is also very lovely and so great to chat with! She's very thoughtful and caring and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome.
