MPV Holiday

I have booked two services with MPV Holiday, car rental and airport drop-off.

Irfan drove us through Bandung and Lembang for 2 days, and Irwan drove us all the way to Soekarno-Hatta airport.

They are both remarkably patient, polite and pleasant to have conversations with. They also quite skilfull navigating the traffic of Bandung and Jakarta and making sure we are safe.

The vehicles are clean and comfortable with transparent pricing.
Communication is also great, making it easy to book in the first place.

Overall, highly recommended and me personally will be requesting their service again when I'm back to Bandung.

I was recommended to them by a friend. Since then, I have engaged them twice in Bandung. I have also recommended them to my friends. The drivers were friendly, dependable and had good suggestions on where to go and what to do in Bandung. Fadi is a gem. He spoke excellent English and was knowledgeable and service-oriented. The other two drivers were also good and drive safely. Fees are reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Our allocated driver, Mr. Agy was very punctual on all pickups. He is very friendly, courteous and helpful throughout our stay in Bandung. He is also very proficient with English language.
The vehicle was clean and reliable.

Very good friendly service & comfortable transport. Fadi is always very patient in arranging our itinerary. This coming trip will be my 4th trip to Bandung. I would certainly recommend my friends to engage his good service.

We had an amazing time in bandung. Our driver Irwan is very knowledgeable with regards of the interesting places to visit in bandung, he also suggested the best ayam penyet restaurant, a very attentive & helpful guy indeed. I lost my credit card on the 3rd day, and he let me use his hp to try to call the emergency hotline to the bank but unfortunately we not able to get through. However the thought of him letting me used his hp is a very kind gesture indeed. He recommended us the best hot spring spot @ Gracia Spa, which i find the place ia breath taking and is well kept. I will definitely recomment my families and friends to hired MPV rentcar when they planning to go bandung or jakarta.

I've chosen MPV rentcar company for tour during my stay in Bandung on March 2019. The company operator Mr Fadi and his Guide are able to communicate in English with regards to all your enquiry like vehicle rental rates and tour details etc.

Mr Agie (Guide) was appointed to bring me and my spouse for tour in 2 consecutive days.( Kawah Putih & Lembang ) he was never late infact arrive hotel 20mins early on each day to wait for us, He will introduce the attractions and helping out if there is a need to communicate with the locals such as buying souvenir/food and stuff to us it is a very great help for tourist that are unable to speak the local Bahasa.

He will take the initiative to ask about your food preferences or any allergies and recommend places for lunch. As my tour attractions is located much in higher places in Bandung the weather can change drastically but he will never skip the attractions
despite bad weather.

Lastly I would like to thank him for his extra mile service for the past 2 days e.g bringing me to purchase famous pastries, good and affordable local cuisine and my last night to Skyline Restaurant to let me and my partner have a great dinner with the best view of Bandung which is not stated in the initial itinerary.

I highly recommend you to choose MPV rentcar for your tour in Bandung.

Great driver, look out for his customers, friendly and helpful. Know many places and have good recommendations for food and places of interests. Will recommend him to my friends if they are travelling to Bandung.

Engaged Fadi a few times during our Bandung trips. Very happy with his service, he can recommend places to visits and makan. He was also helpful. Oh ya.. And he speaks English well!

We rented a car from mpvrentcar after reading good reviews on tripadvisor. have to say Im really impressed with the comfort of the car and the service. The driver was really friendly and made good suggestions. Would definitely engage their service again if I go back to Bandung.

Our driver Pak Ujang was very helpful on recommending of nice places to eat and shop. He is always on time when picking us up. Lastly Pak Ujang is very kind and takes our health and safety seriously 👍🏻
