The CS, Mba Ditha is very helpful. She explained and provided info very well.
I came here to change my phone package, and end up changed my home internet package as well.
I asked quite many questions to Mba Ditha, and she answered them patiently and nicely. So helpful.
I also thought that I prefer to came here directly instead of asking the CS via phone or chat feature.
The place itself is very cozy, thankfully I didn't wait very long. The front security is friendly as well and direct me to the QR code to get queue number.
I think that you can register at home as well using some website, but i don't know the website address.

Nice dan comfortable. Although you need to wait for the queue, the chairs are comfy with AC in the room.

The place is spacious, multiple customer agents, the queue is quite long but the waiting time is not too long.

They also sell some cellphones and Orbits.

The parking lot is large and the location is good.

What a service! That was the best and fastest problem solving ever. It took only 3 mins to solve my problems. The queue was jammed and full-traffic but it was only 10-15mins to wait since there were 15 (or more) tables. Your line number will be visualized digitally, and you'll realize your line number being called because the voice was really clear. A cold and cozy place to wait although you have to wait for your queue.

Very crowded and the queue is long, but the service is quite fast. You will get a message (SMS) when it's almost your turn, so you don't have to wait inside. The employees are helpful and friendly too. This place also has a kids zone where children can play.

Fast and modern. But my corporate account treated as regular customer in my second visit. Probably ticketing new policy.

Hard to find parking space other than VIP one. If you're dropping someone, better let them in before you go to non VIP parking area
