You can say maybe it's the fancy houses in their boulevard street, majestic mosque, beautiful lake, lavish view with big shady trees all around, etc BUT you know this is a good place when you find out that in 2024 the citizens living here are real hundreds of many Indonesia army generals, government official administrators, high level state officers, a lot of well known senior of big companies. There must be a reason why they all choose this place, gatherings in coincidence must be very unlikely. In Jakarta there are many police sirens turn on and hack your ear while driving, they police still do it even inside housing estates. But whoever enters this area, they will turn it off and be silent, no matter whoever they are, LoL.

Citragran Cibubur is such a strategic developer, surrounded by full of facilities. Should give you a new insight into the quality of new homes. Just take a look the ambience and good vibes ✨🌿🍀☘🍃

Nachos with cheese dipping sauce with churros and chocolate dipping sauce are nice sharing food. Good ambience for little and deep talk 👍

Calm and comfortable place. This place has a beautiful masjid called Masjid An-Ni'mah, very outstanding Islamic architecture and very comfortable for prayers do 5 times sholat.

Very well managed housing residential, safe and clean are the most.

Well managed housing complex. Has mall and Hotel in front of the complex. Also has many preschool and kindergarten inside. The street, park and public facilities are well maintained. Other than family club which consists of Olympic size swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, etc also has 2 Mosque and 1 Church.

The cables are all underground. Has 3 option for internet and cable tv service : IndyHome, Firstmedia and MyRepublic.

Citra Gran is one of many housing areas in Cibubur which is closest to the jatikarya toll gate. CG have two beautiful masjid (AnNi'mah and Al qolam)

I've moved around few places around Jabodetabek and I've always find myself returning to Citra Gran. It's a lax community, and the neighbours are dear hearts and respectful to own privacy. Management listens to feedback, and nicely maintains the infrastructure.

Cibubur has grown a lot and there's so much places to hang around; only if can stand the traffic jam (that according to me), always happening non stop from early morning to late night. As of 2018, there are some major renovation in Jl. Alternatif Cibubur which makes the jam more intense. More to it, the traffic is still managed by Pak Ogahs, and the traffic police only come down to get their breakfast cash (i.e. Razia). I usually take bike or use ride sharing sevices to go outside Citra Gran.

Nevertheless, Citra Gran is one of A+ residence area in Cibubur, and I don't regret putting investment here.

New developed compound with (clustered) rare houses, wide roads, therefore no jammed traffic.
