Many if Local do not know this place. I was born in Medan and routinely going to Medan once in a year or two. Finding new spot is what I do when visit Medan. Tada! Found this best hot springs water in North Sumatra! It takes you 1,5 hours from the city of Medan. Its not only hot springs, it have a cave in it, a hot spring inside a cave! Amazing! Note, Just clean those area a bit and it will be fabulous!

Place is nice and the water is crystal clear. We can find fruit and various food sellers. It's easy to find the place since there are directions and the road are quite nice.
