At Shop & Drive alternatif Cibubur there seems to be a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that if a customer only changes the engine oil, everything is checked including the automatic gear oil, accu water level, Air filter, air conditioner filter etc. And the employee informs the customer if the parts need to be replaced. I hope it SOP also applies to other Shop & Drive.

This is a nice place to do regular check for automobiles. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful, willing to answer questions and explain inquiry from customers without hesitant. The service is excellent and they provide warranty as well for the services. Thanks.
