Hotel Happy Happy

the rooms are good, very clean and there's hot water (which you do want in cold bajawa).
but the real reason I'm giving them five stars is the staff: they are all very friendly and incredibly helpful. if you have a problem they will do their best to help you and make you comfortable meanwhile.
also: the breakfast is exceptional (we had the home-made bread etc every morning...)

Hotel with best breakfast you can find in Bajawa.
I have been 2 years working in Flores Island and in specific Bajawa. Coming here at least once in a month with average stay one week. I've tried almost every well known hotel in Bajawa and I would say this one is the best you can find. Very helpful staff and good breakfast with homemade bread butter and cheese.
You will never get it in any other hotel in Bajawa!

Si vous pensez séjourner à Bajawa, c’est définitivement à l’Hotel Happy Happy qu’il faut rester. Niveau rapport qualité-prix, il n’y a pas mieux dans la région. Bien que les chambres soient modestes, tous les équipements nécessaires à un agréable séjour y sont disponibles. L’eau chaude est un gros plus, surtout à Bajawa avec la température plus fraîche. Si vous désirez des chambres neuves et luxueuses, ce n’est pas la place pour vous. Mais si vous désirez encourager un hotel local, qui a su survivre à la pandémie grâce à l’accueil humaine et la vague d’amour qu’il offre aux visiteurs, et voulez vivre une immersion dans la culture indonésienne, alors oui, c’est totalement la place pour vous. Alfonso et sa famille feront tout leur possible pour vous aider dans la planification de vos activités, pour vous offrir des déjeuners maisons et une expérience d’hôtel comme à la maison. Je ne pourrais pas plus vous recommander cette place!
