Today, we renewed our Indonesian VISA at Bitung Immigration Department.
What a pleasure to be welcomed in a service like this : of course there is the procedure to follow but the office and the staff are very pleasant and competent.
After 3 hours, the renewal was done (for my wife, me and my two children!) => coffee and ice cream are offered in addition!!
The French administration should follow the example. The work, the procedure but the smile and the sense of welcome.

Beste immigratie kantoor in Sulawesi. De mensen zijn er erg vriendelijk en helpen erg goed. Hier kan je je visum verlengen in 3 uurtjes, in tegenstelling tot Manado waar het 5 werkdagen duurt. Echt een aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan!

Pelayanan sangat baik. Petugas sangat membantu dlm menjelaskan prosedur dan syarat2 yang dibutuhkan. Petugas sangat sigap dan cepat, hanya butuh sekitar 1.5-2 jam utk isi formulir, antri pemeriksaan berkas, wawancara, dan foto.
Janjinya 3 hari setelah pembayaran sudah bisa diambil, tapi baru sehari sudah ditelpon kalau paspor sudah bisa diambil.
Jangan lupa utk mendaftar online dulu sebelum datang.
