These natural bamboo blinds aren't available in retail stores in my country, and I was hesitant to get them custom made by ordering online. However, my experience with Naturtrend Impex GmbH is very satisfactory, from my first request for samples over two years ago to the delivering of the finish products each time. The packaging is excellent for the long haul and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Bamboo blinds allow air circulation while keeping insects and heat out. They give a beautiful, warm and natural finish to every room, and have both a classic and modern look that is easy to adapt to every style. I order 3 blinds to be delivered to the UK. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent. The blinds turned up in less than 2 weeks and were better than I expected. I have now ordered another one to compliment the ones I have already ordered. 100% recommend ordering with these guys.

Productos de gran calidad, son muy buenos profesionales, no encontré en España nada ni parecido calidad-precio. Tuve un problema con una medida que me equivoqué y me dijeron que les volviese a mandar la persiana que ellos me la cortaban con láser sin coste, fue un gran detalle por su parte.

Egyedi méretben rendeltem bambuszrolót. Telefonon előzetesen egyeztettem velük, minden kérdésemre teljes körű tájékoztatást kaptam, a bambuszroló első osztályú, meg vagyok elégedve a céggel, korrektek, a kiszállítás is gyors volt. Csak ajánlani tudom!

Második alkalommal rendeltem a cégtől. Az első alkalommal minden rendben volt. Nagyon szép, az elképzelésem szerinti rolókat kaptam. A második alkalommal a kapott rolókkal kapcsolatban voltak nem tetszéseim, amit emailben jeleztem a cég felé. Az Ügyvezető úr intézkedésére, már másnap vissza szállították ( a cég költségére)a rolókat, és módosították kérésem szerint. Gyorsan, rugalmasan kérésem szerint készítették el. Mindkét esetben egyedi méretezési, srég rolókról van szó. Nagyon hálás vagyok a szuper, gyors ügyintézésért. Csak ajánlani tudom ! További sok sikert kívánok.

Hintaszék ülését javíttattuk meg. A kapcsolatfelvételtől kezdve a kész termék megérkezéséig minden gyorsan, gördülékenyen történt. Skvelý obchod, odporúčam každému kto potrebuje bambusové rolety na mieru. Maximálna spokojnosť. Potreboval som rolety do altánku na mieru, najprv som si objednal vzorky a následne aj samotné rolety. Rolety sú perfektné, kvalita je naozaj prvotriedna, super tienia. Za 10 dní boli rolety doma od vytvorenia objednávky, výroby a dodania. Naozaj ma to veľmi prekvapilo. Za mňa veľká spokojnosť, odporúčam.
