I can't say enough good things about Decathlon. Their customer service is excellent, which is unfortunately rare in this country. I've been in this particular store a couple of times and they were always super nice. This is true for their other locations as well. This store is one of their mid-sized ones so you'll find most of their own branded products, and less 3rd party stuff. The advantage of this store that I found is that they usually have items that run out fast from other locations. I guess it's because this location is not that close to the city. I brought back a backpack which I purchased online just a couple of days ago. It wasn't what I imagined it to be. There return process was, as always, smooth and painless. I purchased a different backpack and they even helped me to pay for it online at the store. Why would I do that you ask? In Hungary there's a 14 day no question asked return law for products bought online. This applies even if you only pay for them online. Not that I ever had issues with Decathlon returns, but I rather have that extra safety net. The staff was understanding and totally on board with that. BTW it turns out they have pretty much the same policy for all of their products but for a whole year. All you have to have is a Decathlon card and that the product you are returning is in a restockable condition.
So long story short, Decathlon is cool :)

Big store and good variety of sports related products.

The parking lot is always full, but you don't really feel the crowd inside. The staff is helpful. I've never had to wait too long in the queue. There's a little playground and a soccer field right next to the store

All the needs to do more of the sports. If you buy anything complex, first steps after payment should straight to the service: they can set it up to you for free. Live with it - worth to wait, but do not believe that you'd need to wait days for anything! They can do it right at that time, just try to insist that you wait there.

It's good place. But right now is seasonal change is going on. Sort variety and off some staff. And they have no Snowboard. That is bad in my book. I'm snowboarder.

5+ stars! Amazing service at this decathlon. We are doing a big biketrip. We had a big problem with our tires, bit they did all they could to help us. In particular Peti, a big shout out to him! Thank so much!! He tried every possible way to help us out. Amazing! We can't thank you enough! We're now continuing our trip to BERLIN!

Nice shop with great selection of sport equipments. The kids also love the mini playground outside with the trambulines and other equipments you could try.

Staff is kind and helped us with all questions. The new self checkout system is pretty fast and convenient.

Nice, huge mall with all kind of sporting goods. There are sales all the time. The shop assistants are nice and helpful. Saturdays are quite full with people.

An amazing place, with hundreds of sport equipment for every occasion. The sections are easy to find, there are a lots of information computers, and a huge staff. Every section is secluded, so you will always know where to look for this or that. It has a huge parking area as well, free to stop, with motorbike and bycicle stands as well. It is in a big shopping area, there are a few other supermarkets a few hundred meters away, so you can do a whole shopping round just in this park. When I need to buy some usual sport equipment I usually visit this one. My favorit Decathlon.

Hard to find any sports which is not present here. Awesome place.
Only challenge if you try buying something outside of the typical season. They will have some assortment but you will rather succeed online.

Wonderful place to shope. There are many stuff, the shelves are very tidy. Also thanks to team, especially Zsolt in bikes dept, he helped us a lot for my daughters bike. Thank you guys.

The store is big and has a very good selection. There is an aisle where you can try roller blades, skates eyc. The kids didn't want to leave. Prices are fair.

Decathlon could be your go-to sports retailer. You'll really find here everything and anything for a reasonable price. You name the sport! Of course you can find brand products too, but these are probably "made for Decathlon" type of brand merchandise you won't find anywhere else. Their name products have different levels of quality and so several price levels for every budget.

Good place for buy clothes,any sport equipments .They have good quality of products.Recommended
