Lake Lupa Premium Beach

Although I visited at the very beginning of the season (May 29), the place was clean and inviting with various sunbeds and a large beach strip, which affected the congestion in the place. It was spacious and not crowded, a variety of bars along the beach and the prices are very reasonable. There are many sports options here (sand soccer, volleyball, kayaking, saf, jumping in the water and more. I highly recommend coming here to experience a real beach with sand and a summery atmosphere.

For the last couple of years, me and my wife attend beach handball tournament on this location. Place is fantastic, plenty of bars, plenty of food places to choose what to eat, a lot of extra activities like kayaking, not too expensive. Big plus is that everything can be payed by card, parking is also next to the second entrance. Highly recommended.

It's also worth mentioning the excellent amenities on the beach, such as restaurants and bars serving delicious food and refreshing drinks. It's an ideal place to taste local delicacies while enjoying the splendid view of the lake.

The closest beach to Budapest. If you drive earlier morning 9-10 a.m, you arrive in 20-25 min, later will be traffic 🚦. Also, to get a spot on weekends, you better arrive before 11 a.m. Entry fee changes for adult, family and children on weekdays and weekends ( small difference) and more important you can pay with Szep kartya!
There are lots of food options.

Perfect day, w all facilities available. After entrance fee: So many watersport options, lounge & shade umbrellas (fee), SUP hire, access to swim spots (free), Toilet/changeroom (free). Well done, & closer to Budapest than Lake Balaton. We loved it.

I do not want to say anything about Lupa Beach, because many people will start to go there and spoil the place.
But yes, it is fantastic. You feel like on vacation on sea coast, just water is sweet and not salty.

I went to Lupa beach today there is lots of parking space. The price is understandable. There is a free boat ride to get to the island faster. The boat driver is very kind. There are lots of food options I suggest you go to tiki bar because it has that Hawaiian vibe.
Great activities for kids playgrounds,inflatable water obstacle and others.
The sand is very soft.
I reccomend this beach if you want to go for a vacation.

It's a piece of place that seems to have been copy pasted from some of the luxurious beaches around the world. It's unlike Balaton. It's not a promotion, not denying it's high prices. But hey it's a Premium Beach as the name says. Go, spend money and enjoy the unique experience of water, sand, themed water holes/ restaurants, play volleyball, handball, surf, turf when you are tired from all this. Just sit back on one of the free benches and relax !

The beach is very good. You can swim, rest and find delicious foods.

Great place for all ages, families and friends groups. The pros are the great atmosphere, the nice swimming lake and different kinds of activities available such as water jet pack, slides, floating playground for kids and nice beds to chill by the water. The cons are the pricy ticket (around 4kHUF), the also kinda expensive food and the prohibition to take alcohol inside (random bag checks) at the entrance. Definitely worth a visit in summer.

We really enjoyed Lupa private beach. We visited at the evening after 19:00 and it was for free. Super good vibes.

Excellent place to spend the day with your family. Plenty of things to do and very clean environment. Good staff treating people with respect. Amazing lake to swim and the place really makes you feel you are at the beach 😁

Incredible possibilities to spend time in this place. We've fall on love with this beach. I very recommend to visit this place, clear and warm water, soft sand, best food, fresh and tasty drinks. Many times of sports, kayaks, SUPs, Waterboards, Waterboards, jumping castle for children and adults too. Payment by card or cash possible, very clear toilets, showers and dressing rooms. Parking nearby entry - secured and protected. Smoking allowed everywhere ( not so good). I've had the best feel of this area. I like it.

Great experience, a bit expensive compared to rest of Budapest but the price is worth the experience you get . Super nice clean and safe lots of beds and variety of restaurants to choose from . Safe children play area and very friendly staff

Every thing was perfect! Beautiful place ,and we can do a lot of activities.Inside of that complex we can pay just by card ,no cash.If you do not have a credit card, at the entrance to the complex you have the option to feed money with a special card from them.

Fantastic beach! The shuttles are great and very organized from near the center of the city, and there are also shuttles to the hěv.

Private beach filled with kiosks for drinks and small bites to eat, fun music for dancing, giant inflatable structures for kids to play, and lots of options to lay down and enjoy suntanning. The sand is white and thin, giving a quite realistic experience. If you arrive after 5 pm you pay reduced price.

This is realy one excellent place in th midlle of Europe. Sand Beaches like by the see, perfect atmosphere helpful staff👍👍👍.Refreshing, clear fresh water. There are, plenty of sports possibilities like work out stations, beach volleyball,foot ping pong :-), beach football, realy big water skiing park, and many many others. Even some sport equipment like balls ⚽ even water kayak are for free, that was raely big suprise for me (it should be an example for others, that not for everything must be payed) and I spent a lot of time on water surface in kayak😀. There are a lot of atractions for children also playgrounds, big water playground(but this is realy not only for children even adults have big fun there 😀.
Everywhere can you pay with the creditcards, food(realy good big choise of foods),drinks, at the a lots of bars, water atractions ets. Or you get by the entrance a plastic chip. You can charge it with the money and then pay with this money chip everywhere, after when you leave you get refund your not spended money (but only in HUForint). I recomended put this chip on your entrance wrist band, then you have always this chip with you, on your wrist...
I saw very nice places in my life, but this Lupa Beach by the lake :-), with sand beaches, belongs to my favorits👍. I can realy highly recomande this lovely place, to you, if you want spend a nice time with your whole family, or with the friends. Like theTerminator used to said: "I ll be back"😀😜. On the Lupa Beacheas again, for sure 😀.

Lupa beach is really nice. I've only been to thr premium part off it and there you can rent a bed the whole day for 5000ft. There's also chairs that can be rented which is cheaper. They have a kids section where the water isn't so deep.

Amazing, beautiful, and fun place. Staff are awesome. LupaWake is amazing. I did not know how to wakeboard before coming to Lupa but after 15 minutes with the staff instructors I was wakeboarding no problem. Water is perfect, music at Coke Beach was great (techno~dance). LupaWake has beautiful girls and is cool place to chill and relax.
