Recently ordered an armrest for my Opel Mokka.
Unfortunately I made a mistake with the item number and received the wrong armrest.
I contacted Rati and they advised me to send the wrong armrest back to Hungary.
It arrived there within a week by UPS and Rati then sent the correct one (thanks Olivia) which arrived to me 1 week later.
Directly mounted in my car and it fits perfectly!
I definitely recommend Rati to people to buy here.
They are completely reliable, fantastic service!

I just bought a Rati coat hanger. It feels sturdy and of good quality. I would like more products to be developed for the same support mounted on the headrests.

Coudn't be happier with the product received, and the added value it brings in decluttering my car when in daily use and when on road trips.

Furthermore, I was plesantly suprised that in they're packaging materials I found no plastic except the scotch tape that sealed the box. Congratulations for that! To add to your sustainablity of the packaging materials, I made sure to discard of them in the cadboard & paper recycling container.

It is good they did not include a hex key for the bolts. I believe that every household has a set of hex keys or at least screw bits to handle the job. Usually, the hex keys that come included end up to be discarded.

* Update: ended up purchasing a Rati basket. It indeed does not slip on any surface with the help of the base. Furthermore, it is verry useful when shopping. Now I keep the 4 gags in my basket at all times and I do not have to buy any more bags.

I bought the armster 2 for my brand new Renault Clio. At starters it didn't have any kind of armrest what so ever, but I really wanted one, so I started to look for one. I chose this for its good looks and guaranteed fitment. It was super easy to install and looks absolutely super. It feels so good and isn't in a way of anything. I was a bit afraid that it would make shifting and handbrake usage a bit more difficult, but it didn't. A friend of mine even ask if it was stock, because of its great fitment. Zero complains. 👌

My wife has the Armster 2 in her Tigra TwinTop and i have the regular Armster in my Astra G Coupe.

Purchased the armster2 for my Citroen C3 Aircross, as my previous Citroens all had an armrest as standard fitment. I chose it for the obvious quality and design of the product and I wasn’t disappointed. It looks like a factory fitted item and performs as I expected.
