Calvados Étterem

Hungarian cusine, perfect and delicious food, huge portions, very kind stuff. There was a disgusting food in our hotel so we tried to find good restaurant for dinners - after first try we didn´t want to look for anything else and visited Calvados Étterem every evening for the whole week :) Highly recommend!

Dogs allowed (we were outside with 5 whippets), good food, multilanguage (HU, DE, ENG) menu and we also did get a Slovak menu.

Great food. Large and tasty plates. We had scalopes for starter - generous dishs and very tasty.
Beef was great as well as soups.
Service was great, and owner are so friendly.
Also - prices are well balanced and value for money here is simply great.

We were a group of 11 visiting the restaurant on a Saturday evening. We were all in a good mood after visiting the wine festival in Balatonfured.

The staff joined in making the evening special with lot of laughs.

When we add that the food was excellent, there is not much more to say.

We had a great evening at the Calavdos. The dinner was tasty and the menu offered various kinds of food. The atmosphere was enjoyable and cosy. We will definitely return to this restaurant during our stay here in Siofok.

Excellent restaurant with a wide selection of food on the menu as well as nice and timely service. We are regulars here and keep coming back for more of it. Well worth trying!

I spent a week in Siofok late February of this year, and this was the most consistently great restaurant of anywhere in town. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious. I highly recommend!

Great food, typical old-school setting. The perfect anti-dote to the wondrously blah choices served daytime at the hotel just across from it.

Friendly staff, quiet terrasse, multi-lingual menu, highly affordable, clean, many food options. Only downside: pretty far from the main street in Siofok.
