Myrtus Pince és Vendégház

We decided to stay at Myrtus Pince as a 'more relaxed' part of our holiday in the east of Hungary. It is set in a lovely very rural location with vines open at the back. The accommodation is good, with a communal kitchen. We chose to have a wine tasting, which is highly recommended. All the wines were made by the owner who was clearly knowledgeable and passionate about making wine. Finally the thing which made our stay perfect for what we needed was the owner's willingness to go out of his way (literally) when we could benefit, getting groceries for us and later taking us to the train station.

Highly recommended for wine, walks and a quiet 'rustic' rural experience.

Great place to stay, if only for surroundings - Tokaji wineries and sunflower fields. House is within a flowery garden, with trees giving some shadow and benches to rest and even a wine yard uphill. House is compact, but large enough for a family 2+2. Equipped with a fridge, microwave and a dishwasher to make your stay comfortable. I'm already looking forward to coming back next year.

Very peaceful and cozy accommodation with a friendly and kind host with lots of knowledge about wines and the region.

Nice place to spend night. Just next to winery. Breakfast between grapes - perfect.

Jedno z lepszych miejsc noclegowych. Ma klimat. Można rozpalić ognisko oraz jest dostępna winnica, na której gospodarz pozwala skubać przepyszne winogrona. Polecam.

Nagyon kedves tulajdonosok finom borok és sajtok :)

Bardzo fajne miejsce, które moja Żona ochrzciła mianem 'norki hobbita'. 2 poziomowy budynek z kompletem udogodnień, wyjściem bezpośrednio na winnicę, piwniczką winną, i doskonałą opieką gospodarza. Polecam degustację win i serów oraz wycieczki rowerowe po okolicy. Jak do tej pory najlepsza miejscówka w rejonie Tokaju

Nagyon jó szállás nagyon szép környezetben, és a pincészet bora is nagyon finom, érdemes venni belőle.

Párommal töltöttünk itt el egy csodálatos hétvégét. Házigazdánk nagyon vendégszerető volt. Ki ne hagyja senki a ház bor- és sajtkóstolóját, osztályon felüli borokat lehet kóstolni, valamint megannyi érdekes infóhoz lehet jutni a helyi bortermeléssel kapcsolatban. A szállás, ha nem vagy luxusigényű, egy feltöltő, kikapcsolódós pihenéshez tökéletes. Biztosan jövünk újra! :)
