Naprosto v pohodě jednání, poradili a pomohli.

Very bad service 90% of the time. Not compliant with EU regulations. Do not recommend to any EU citizens from outside of Croatia.

Service not in compliance with EU Dir 2012/52 which explains that "A prescription delivered by a doctor in your country is valid in all EU countries". A formal complaint will follow.

I needed a cream and they treated me so badly that I left the place withouth buying anything. Rude women, very unpolite and unprofessional. They were talking one with each other and did not pay attention to the clients neither.

Iznimno neljubazna, bahata ljekarnica. Stranke gleda s visine, ukoliko netko pogrešno izgovori naziv lijeka posprdno odgovara da takav lijek ne postoji bez imalo truda da stranci pomogne. Strašno i nedopustivo. Svojim stavom poručuje " ja sam iznad vas jadnici" Za kraj želim naglasit da ovo nije iskustvo od samo jedne posjete ovoj ljekarni. Ja osobno u istu nikada više neću ući.
