Excellent domestic Croatian food… Always freshly cooked and tasty. Kind staff makes you feel comfortable and accepted…. Inner yard is great place to have good coffee and fantastic cakes and pastries 🥮….

Good place for a rest on your way through Croatia. And such an interesting looking one. Nice menu in the restaurant, there's a cafe and a market, besides the hotel of course.

The food is okayish, it is a highway stop after all, so the prices are higher than they would be in a normal restaurant. The food is relatively fresh, especially in the high season due to the sheer influx of people. The main plus is that even if you don't sit down, there is a free to use toilet, with lots of stalls that are clean most of the time. If that is not your cup of tea, there is a gas station with a pay to use or loyalty app entrance for the bathrooms in the vicinity.

Amazing food. We used to stop here because it’s half way to the coast.

The food in the restaurant was great. The inner dining rooms were airconditioned, the outside terraces are big and shady. Smoking is available at the outside tables.

Good food. Hot drinks. Clean toilets.

Best place to stop and eat authentic croatian pastry. It looks and tastes homemade. Price is reasonable. I recommend apple strudel.

Dont stop on overpriced gas stations to eat montana sandwiches. This is most famous place to stop and there is goood reason for that.

Ate a big pancake filled with chocolate , it was fresh tasty and cost 3 euro.

Tourist tip: I realised later that it might be cheaper to go to the self service side instead of order at the front restaurant side. Large variety of quick foods- Lots of salads too.

Free toilet, clean. I enjoyed palacinke and a cake that were delicious and not too sweet. Staff were kind to me even though I am not sure how to order etc. and it is busy.

If you need a rest stop and something to eat, this place is the best. Cafeteria style restaurant has delicious Croatian meals, salads, desserts, beer/wine, and a medieval style room with large, heavy chairs. You'll feel like a king/queen while dining.

Good place to rest... especially when your in a long journey... We got into snow storm and luckily Macola near by and it save us... They have Good and friendly staff who help us on our luggage and taking off the snow. Breakfast is included and they give a great amount of food. My friend and i was full and breakfast was delicious.

Great place to take a rest from the trip your on and grab a bite and a cup of coffe. I especially recomend the apple or cherry pies. They're awesome!

It has its own style and … way :)
but if you need to rest a bit, eat and refresh… you can do it all here. It works around the clock so there should always be your favorite cooked meal availble :D

They have pancakes also. 😁 that’s a five star already ;)

Nice place to stop for some food.

We mostly make our stop in Macola for a quick meal when travelling on that road. You have a lot to choose from, from coffe shop, sweets and desserts, small shop with snacks to the restaurant and everything is pretty decent with good prices. The bathroom is free of charge and always clean.

Very popular place with famous restaurant Macola. Long bridge over the highway named Dalmatinae. Extremely nice view above the highway and surrounding areas. Very good place for a quick or a long bite.
Recommended to visit always when you are driving over the Dalmatinae.

We stopped here on our way from Zagreb to Omis. Interesting place with a frontier feel. There is a verity of food. We had traditional stew with beef and chicken. Outside seating is great. Great spot for a road trip break.

You need to stop here. You pay nothing for toilet, but get better one and biggen than abroad. Plenty of place to park, petrol station and a place to eat. And a famous landmark can be seen there - Vučjak hill.
