This place has a really nice big terrace with beautiful decorations. The staff is very friendly and polite! The lamb was excellent and I loved the Katarina Zrinski cake. I was only a bit surprised by the price of the beer, it was the highest I've paid in Croatia so far, 5 EUR for a 0,5 L beer.

A really nice and comfortable place with traditional continental cuisine. The food is tasty, and portions are the right size - generous but not too exorbitant. Specially liked the quiet, home-like atmosphere with local cultural touches, bits and pieces here and there on the shelves, etc. Service was A+. Polite and considerate, and offering helpful advice about the menu. Certainly would recommend this place for family and business lunches, or just to dine out if you enjoy traditional food. On the bad side, there's no broadband mobile signal, and even the restaurant radio has static. The location is a bit far from the main road, so take that into consideration as well.

We came to Jaškovo with the only purpose to visit Restaurant Žganjer. The service, the atmosphere and the food were exceptional. For 600 grams of tasty lamb meat, home made potatoes, tomato and spring onion salad, 3dl of house red wine, and a home made desert with blackberries and raspberries we paid 30 euros for two persons. The ever so nice and helpful waitress made the whole evening even better. Would recommend!

We was there at rally croatia 2022! Really nice people and for us was a nice place to live for some days! Eat, specially breakfast was much and very good! Thanks for all 😁

Nice place for a cake. And just a lively stop by the road. The Katarina Zrinski Cake was superb and rich.I am sure the royalty loved it!
The staff was polite.After coffee and cake,we got a bag of their bisquits for free!Very unusual...
Anyway, we were blessed by our friends, who live in this village and it was a treat..
Hopefuly we might visit this place another time for prayer and rest.
We did a prayer walk in this area, a few kilometers of walk.
Nice Croatian village houses with flowers,apple trees and walnuts everywhere...good hospitality..but beware of dogs as well, they are doing their job to protect the place..

Excellent place,service and food as well.It was our SHIBA INU Aki s 4 th birthday, he enjoyed the roasted lamb..

We were here on Sunday for lunch, it was very nice experience. Food was excellent, we've had lamb, grilled vegetables, baked potatoes and salad with ricolla and cherry tomatoes. They have very diverse wine offer, we tried sweet white wine and it was very good. Staff was friendly and in a good mood even though restaurant was full. Recommended!

The most authentic restaurant ! Great roasted lamb and great deserts strudel! The restaurant prepared the longest strudel -apple pie 1472 m in the world.

Best strudel ever. We tried apple, cheese and cherry strudel and all of them were super delicious. Clean bathrooms and very polite staff. Can't recommend enough. Next time we are in area definitely coming back. 5 stars.

This is one of the best restaurants in Croatia. Service and people are like fammily and the food is just amazing. All the best to all there and highly recomended to lamb lovers as well you have rooms in the restaurant so if you drink some good wine you can stay there . +5

Have stayed twice in the last two months Food is terrific and everyone of the staff are excellent. Rooms are simple but comfortable, warm and well appointed. A great place to stay in the Karlovac region.

I visited a restaurant with my family during a local "Strudel" fest and in spite of the big crowd the service was excellent, fast and the food was very tasty.

Big portions and low prices. I ate lamb tripes stew and lamb liver on grill, both dishes were amazing!

Really good food, fast and nice service, and Katarina Zrinski Cake is something special.
