Park Hill Residences

To stay at parkhill was a pleasure from the very first moment! The manager perfectly understands the needs of a young family! We travelled over night (with a baby) and arrived early in the morning. The manager herself offered us an early check in so we could get some rest after an exhausting 9 hours drive without being asked to wait until the regular check in time! The apartment is clean, modern and equipped with everything you need for a vacation stay. Located at a small hill it offers a stunning view on the bay of Rabac! The accommodation has a laundry on the basement floor where you can wash laundry or simply grab fresh towels during your stay if needed. A nice beach is located within walking distance as well as a nice promenade with plenty of shops and restaurants. Also to mention is the clean pool area where you can enjoy a lazy day and again the view on the bay of Rabac.

We are so happy that we found this place. Beautiful apartments with incredible view, very clean and the service thanks to Adisa was perfect. Shop & beach few minutes away. Great for families with children, but not only. We will be back for sure. 🤍

A wonderful set of apartments. Quiet and tranquil with beautiful views over the bay. To pool area is an oasis, the pool itself cool and crystal clear. Service is first class, nothing is too much trouble.

Had a great time at this hotel. Located just a few metres from the sea. We were staying in "Dugi Otok". Awesome apartment. Clean, awesome view, 2 balconies. Will definetly come here again!

We enjoyed a magnificent holiday in Park Hill Residences. We had 8 wonderful nights at Solta apartment, with an incredible, almost breathless view. The apartment is spacious, and fully equipped. The staff, especially Adisa is very friendly and helpful with all the inquiries you might have. The swimming pool is a hidden gem! The indoor parking place is also an advantage.

This is a really awesome place to spend holiday...Rabac is now in my heart....highly recommended!! The apartment with a modern kitchen is absolutely amazing, new, spacious and clean. The location is great as well, the seaview is soft and romantic. The swimming pool is refreshing and open for You 24/7...We appreciated a parking place in a garage. The beach with beautifully cristal water is some 4 or 5 min walking...some small supermarkets are available in Rabac. A lot of bars, cafes and good restaurants are there too. Many many thanks to our dear hostess Adisa, the best hostess in the world. In case of any questions or problems, call Adisa and she will help. Also very kind regards to Roberta. Again a lot of thanks for our fantastic 15 days holiday. We will be back next year.

Bei der Ankunft bereits extrem freundlich empfangen. Es war alles sehr stressfrei und das Personal bemüht es einen so einfach wie möglich zu machen!
Wohnung super sauber und die Ausstattung wesentlich umfangreicher und exklusiver als man sonst so gewöhnt ist!!!
Man fühlte sich von der ersten Minute im Urlaub.
Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit zugewiesenen Platz, einfach perfekt.
Check out ebenfalls problemlos und rasch erledigt. Würde eine direkte Buchung empfehlen da das Personal dann wesentlich mehr Möglichkeiten hat wenn was zu ändern ist ( z.B. anderes Apartment weil was nicht gefällt usw.)
Kurz gesagt, es war ein Urlaub der Spaß gemacht hat weil einfach alles gepasst hat

Schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Appartements mit Zugang zum Pool und Tiefgarage/Parkplatz vor der Tür. Sehr guter Service! Fußläufig vom Strand, ca. 10 Minuten.

APPARTEMENT " PASMAN" IS THE BEST . MY RECOMMENDATION.
Мы с семьёй всегда останавливаемся в апартаментах PASMAN. Здесь есть всё для Вашего удобства и даже больше: великолепные террасы и балкон , с которых открывается шикарный вид на море, лежаки и бассейн. Апартаменты подходят как для отдыха всей семьёй, так и для романтических поездок . Тут и отлично экипированная кухня с моечной машиной, плитой, холодильником , красивой посудой и всем необходимым для готовки. Любителей романтики ждут ароматические свечи, прекрасный выбор местных и австрийских вин, сауна, AMASON MUSIC с отличным выбором для романтического вечера .
Из удобств так же отмечу Smart Home, великолепный телевизор, проигрыватель для пластинок ( гурманам от музыки), стиральная машина и самое удобное - кодовый замок на входной двери! Не надо думать о ключах!!!

Vacanza di 10 giorni magnifica. La struttura è in ottima posizione, vicino a tutti i principali servizi. L'appartamento è molto bello e dotato di ottime attrezzature. Lo staff è semplicemente fantastico e sempre disponibile. E la piscina? Bhè la piscina è magnifica, a sfioro con vista sul golfo di Rabac.
Consigliatissimo!!

Wir hatten das Apartment im letzten Stock mit einem mega Ausblick aufs Meer! Allgemein ein wunderschönes Apartment, sehr gepflegt, auch die Außenanlagen. Top Management, wahnsinnig nett und zuvorkommend!

La struttura è recente, con un ottima area relax con piscina e lettini con vista mare. Gli appartamenti sono ampi, puliti, moderni e ben accessoriati. Posizione ottima sia per la spiaggia sia per la passeggiata sul lungomare. Personale cordiale e disponibile che parla italiano.

Nicht ganz günstig. Erfüllt oder übertrifft aber die hohen Erwartungen trotzdem. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön und modern, das ganze Anwesen sehr gepflegt und der Aussenpool top. Adisa kümmert sich perfekt um die Gäste und ermöglicht einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Hervorragendes Appartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Toller Pool. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber. Freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Gute Erreichbarkeit, auch über WhatsApp mit kurzen Antwortzeiten. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Einfach fantastisch! In der umgebung kann man sehr gut speisen und den Ort Labin muss man einfach gesehen haben. Alles in Allem eine Reise wert!

Alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage ist perfekt, traumhafter Blick, toller Swimmingpool, hervorragende Betreuung.
