Villas Rosa dei Venti

Friend of the owner, I made him electrical design years ago. One of the few places I know to deserve to be called villa or hacienda. Beautiful surrounding and view. Higly recommend it!

YES YES YES! This property has it all and we literally cannot find a single thing which we did not like.
Both Villas are similar and have each 4 completely separate rooms plus one room in each Villa on the upper floor with a kind of walk through room with a sofa, where 2 people can sleep - perfect for 4-head-family.
Everything was super clean and during our stay somebody took care of either the pool or jacuzzi, sonit stayed clean.

The inside and outside is truly perfectly designed, it seems cottage alike, but is actually new and well thought through. Each detail fits in the whole look with all its „imperfections“.
The owners designed it themselves and you can literally feel how much energy, love and effort they have put into it.

Of course the best feature is the seaview and the pool area! The absolute silence around and connection to the nature was breathtaking on every level. You can truly rest there.
There are plenty olive trees and other plants around, perfect to just walk around and enjoy nature.

Lots of additional features like nespresso, ice maker, 2 washing machines, jacuzzi.
Very good wifi and both Villas are well equipped with plates, glasses, cooking stuff - anything you need.

The owners - Mauritio and his wife are extremly helpfull and provided great support during our stay, no matter what the matter was. We felt welcomed and taken care of.
We highly recommend this Villas!!! And we will come back.

Amazing villa with beautiful and newly renovated rooms. The infinity pool and view are the highlight of the property. The owner is lovely - highly recommended.

If you are looking for a 5* Mediterranean paradise, this is the place for you!
Located in a very unique position on top of the hill, away from the bustle of the village of Rabac, this villa enjoys amazing 360’ views of the most northern Croatian islands and the fjords and bays of the East coast of Istria.
Its position is secluded, and this offers privacy and quiet when needed. It is however only a 10’ stroll down the hill to Rabac, and it’s many beaches, restaurants and water sports.
It is located on a large plot, with no overlooking from any of its neighbours.
The villa itself has been beautifully planned and crafted over many years of self build by its owners. The interiors and modern, yet warm and welcoming. The exterior is to die for - there are many beautiful gardens surrounding the villa, with hundreds of olive trees planted by the owner. If you are into mountain - biking or hiking, just outside of the villa is a biking trail, which connects to several other biking trails in the area. The Rabac area is a paradise for mountain biking!
The villa has a breath taking infinity swimming pool - the views are just gorgeous!
Our group of 18 (8 adults and 8 kids) stayed in the villa in August 2020 and we have already booked to come back in August 2021!

Super nice houses with lots of room for the whole family. The rooms are super nice and new and the whole area is so nice you dont want to leave the property. The owner was super attentive and helped with recommendations etc. We can highly recommend the house.

Genug Platz für mehrere Fanilien oder größere Gruppen. Ausreichend Bäder und schlafplätze für 20 Personen. Schönes Haus, schöne Aussicht, tolles Anwesen. Gut für alle Altersgruppen. Spielgeräte für die ganz kleinen über Fitnessraum und Tischtennisplatte, bis hin zum Pool und Whirlpool.

Wunderschöne Villa. Das Anwesen hat eine traumhafte Aussicht und das Gebäude ist neu. Alles gehobener Standart. Der Besitzer ist unfassbar freundlich.

Sehr sehr tolle Location zum Urlaub machen.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Mir fehlen allerdings in den Zimmern Möglichkeiten, feuchte Handtücher und/oder mal seine Jacke/Klamotten aufzuhängen (Haken).
Auch würde ich eher sagen, dass nur 8 erwachsene Personen hier Platz finden (und evtl. 2 Kinder).
Es gibt 4 Bäder und ein Pärchen musste bei einer 10er Belegung immer ins Bad der anderen gehen.

Sonst ist alles sehr, sehr toll! Es gibt ein Fitness Bereich mit einer Sauna, ein Whirlpool, im Pool kann man Bahnen schwimmen und der Gemeinschafts-Essbereich im oberen Haus bietet genug Platz für alle.
Achtung Abends kann es windig werden und daher auch mal kalt.

Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und in einem der Badezimmer gibt es sogar eine Waschmaschine!
