I would highly reccomend Avia car rental ! I dealt with Damir in the office via email and phone communication and everythink went smooth.He was a pleasure to deal with ! Both Cars were dropped off as promised and picked up.

Super zuvorkommender Service. Nach Panne mit unserem Auto, hat uns Goran mit dem VW up bei der Werkstatt abgeholt. Eigentlich war das Auto für nur zwei Tage mietbar, da danach wieder vermietet, aber nachdem unser Auto doch drei Tage länger in die Werkstatt musste, kümmerte man sich um Ersatz und war eine Verlängerung kein Problem. Top Service. Sehr freundlich. Und günstig!!! Vielen Dank!

Beware of this company. This office no longer exists and we were not told by the company.

The address was still on my invoice as the pickup location though. We turned up on the day of rental at the correct time to find no office existed which was very worrying.

After a few confusing conversations on the phone we were made to walk about 30 minutes, in 25 degree heat with a 12 year old in tow, to hotel Mimosa on Rabac seafront to pick up the car. The 2 ladies dealing with the rental were in no way apologetic and we're quite rude really.

On a plus note the car was in good condition, Peugeot 308, and our deposit was returned in good time on return.

For anybody thinking about using them, just make sure you organise where you are picking up and dropping off in advance.

Stay well clear. On return of the car they found a tiny scratch under the front bumper. It could only be seen by lying on the floor and looking upwards. “I know where to look” he said. Too right you did. Cost me 100+ euros. They didn’t even look at the rest of the car. Awful. Pity, as it was a good car, and a good price. Now I know what it was such a good price and why he asked me upfront if I’d got my own excess insurance.
