Gradska knjižnica i čitaonica Lipik

After some initial considerations, we contacted the Lipik Municipal Library, proposing to organize the international photography exhibition in April 2023, themed closely to Earth Day. We, the HTL group of photographers were welcomed so after a few months of preparations, we finally set the exhibition in Library's Multicultural Center. located on the first floor.
The library has well prepared the exhibiting space. It is also well equipped for such events, so we used their piano and high-quality LCD projector, without the need to bring our own multimedia equipment and electric piano.

The staff prepared very decent refreshments, flower arrangements, and subtle decorations. Library Manager was a good host to our opening event, taking care of distributing invitations, calling local media, and enabling us to feel - at home.

Now, a quarter of a year later, when I review the past "World Through My Eyes" photo exhibition, my conclusion is that we chose the perfect host for our cultural project and that Library Lipik is well capable to host any such and even more demanding event. It is a very nice place, worth your time for visiting and eventually collaborating on cultural projects.
