The waiter, Ivan is very kind and speaking english very well. The food is delicious and the price is correct! The place is nice and friendly.

Overall fantastic experience! Now onto the start of the story, we arrived and were seated promptly. As soon as we were seated we had server Patrik bring us menus and some aperitif 'rakija' based drink to start things off. Exceptionally fast and flawless service, great tasting food and excellent service make this a super place to eat at. Will definetly visit again!

After Batak in Zagreb, went with a group of friends with small kids to Batak in Westgate shopping center. Service was great (kids got pencils and drawing paper), food was again great (had the double burger and potatoes with cheese and bacon).
The only thing is that we waited a lot longer then anticipated for grilled meat. But the girls had soup, so maybe it was because of that. Prices are normal for this type of restaurant, you won't exit with an empty belly.

Great place. Food, service, environment. Good value for your money. Tomislav, our waiter, was superb and professional as always. Better to call and make a reservation, but you may be lucky and get a free table 👍👍

Green peas soup was excellent, as well as "lungić", while grilled liver was too much done, but okay. Great service, as always in Batak restaurants.
They make me feel as a special guest whenever I visit their restaurants. Great job, everyone!

Came late, the staf was polite and considering, offered entertainment for kids and not discouraging for entering within closing hours.
