Villa Shiraz

'WOW what an amazing view and pool area!' were our family's first words on stepping through Villa Shiraz's gate into the picturesque oasis of a garden before turning to walk under the grapevine laden terrace into the house, which didn't disappoint. Villa Shiraz has been beautifully decorated and came with lovely touches from the welcome bottle of Brac champagne in the fridge to the Penhaligan toiletries in the bathrooms. It felt like a real home from home with everything you need should you want to eat in every night. Stanko the villa manager was fantastic recommending/booking restaurants, boat trips (we rented boat and skipper for day - visiting secluded bays to swim and lunch at Vrboska on Hvar with 5 teenage girls which was great fun), to organising the most delicious and memorable 18th birthday meal for our daughter/friends on the terrace by the pool. The villa is perfectly situated, short walk into local supermarket and restaurants, 5 minute drive to Sumartin where there are plenty of bays to swim from. We loved the beach bar/restaurant Kartolina sitting beside the sea, enjoying live music looking across the bay to sumartin. Bol (30 minute drive) is a pretty harbour town with lots of restaurants and great place to people and boat watch. Villa Shiraz provided the perfect location for a wonderful family holiday which we recommend 100%. Thanks to Sven and Mina for sharing their special home.

Beautiful house in a wonderful location. It has everything you need and want for a carefree vacation. 10/10, would visit again
