Restaurant Fortuna

We had chicken in cheese souce with fries, pljeskavica with bacon and cheese and beef burgers, everything was delicious and the service was great! Prices are lower than others restaurants in Vodice.

If you are visiting Vodice you should definitely eat in Fortuna - the best food in town!

The fish plate Dalmatina was great with fresh and perfectly grilled seafood and tasty sides.

The staff is super friendly and fast as well.

We will definitely be back! :)

We couldn't decide what to get so we decided to try everything and had meat plate Fortuna for two people and fish plate Dalmatina for two people. Everything was fresh and great, fish especially! And there was more than enough food for the four of us :)

We've been eating in Fortuna three times during our stay in Vidice. The food was very tasty and the prices were cheaper than in the most of the restaurants in the area. We also liked home made vine.
Grilled Calamari were delicius but potatos with spinach needed a bit more flavour. My wife loved Dorada but side dishes also needed some spices. Kids liked Grill Set. I'd recommend a diner there to everybody who visit Vodice.

The first of all you're welcomed by a friendly waiter. He recommended us a dry wine which was the first I liked in Croatia. Then we got an octopus salat as a started. Slightly bigger portion than you'd expect but no complains. Then I got a tuna steak which was superb.

The service was very kind. The food was pretty delicious and we were full after that. I ate green noodles with salmon and it was one of the best pastas I've ever eaten. We even got extra drinks after the meal. It was also in a really good price. I recommend it to everyone:)

Screw the impossible burger, Fortuna's beefburger is what you HAVE to try. This beautiful tanned bun is filled with a minced beef patty which was a discovery for me. Combined with, tomatos, salad, melting cheese and a savory combination of sauces this burger is a perfectly rounded meal.

Now that I've praised the burger enough I should tell it where you can find it. Located in a restaurant in the ally just off the riva this restaurant is family run as they tell you on the menu which also presents you with all sorts of dishes. The ambient on the terrace was relaxed with people enjoying there dinner overlooking the riva and floating boats in the sea. The service was fast and the staff were ready to recommend the dish and even helped us work out some substitutes.

All in all the excellent burger was reflected by the great service and environment of this small restaurant. If it wasn't clear enough from the rest of the review, I absolutely recommend it!!

I was thrilled with food and service. Had chicken with cheese souce and fries while my friend had pljeskavica (hamburger meat with bacon and cheese). It was out of this world yummy. Staff was super friendly and were kind enough to change the side dish to fries. I can't recommend it enough not just because of the great food and kind staff but also because prices here are lower than in other places in town.

Very nice restaurant in a small side road with great service and fantastic food. Meat was absolutely fresh and delicious, you can look at it while cooking/roasting. Recommended!
