Amadria Park Hotel Agava

The location is great, it is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. I was here at a conference and enjoyed the stay. They had free breakfast with variety of choices, no complaints about it. The room was spacious and comfortable for a single person. The only slight nitpick would be a little tight space in the shower, nothing big but just worth mentioning. However, it did not pose any huge problem.
The staff at Hotel Agava are friendly and helpful. I came early for my check in, and so they allowed me to seat in their lounge till the room got ready. They also gave me the room at least half an hour earlier. After my check-out, I do have to wait for an hour or so before my bus ride, and they allowed me to stay on in their lounge till I was ready to leave. These are little thing, however gave me an overall pleasant experience.
My hotel accommodation was taken care from my work, so I cannot comment on price to service expectation, however if anybody could afford it, i would recommend it.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Agava! It is located right next to a park, but you are still kind of in the middle of everything, so it's quiet but not isolated. Rooms were very clean. The view toward the Adriatic Sea was amazing. Possibly the most helpful staff I've ever experienced at a hotel. Wow! Incredibly cheerful and helpful.

Great historic hotel in the center of Opatiya. Lots of amenities nearby - groceries, restaurants, bars, walking trails. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Wonderful staff! It is obvious they enjoy what they do. Would definitely stay again!

Ema and Ena are amazing and they have been such great host. Ena is always willing to help and Ema always brings a smile to the guests.

On our family Eurotrip we planned to have some days in the area of Opatija, after some random searches of accommodation in Opatija we found Amadria Park Hotel Agava - and we booked 4 nights as a start of our vacation.

Already from the check in moment we felt that we were in good hands by the Agave team.
The team is young, professional but also very helpful, friendly & genuine.

Our 4 nights became 6 nights :-)

Coming black to Opatija is like walking into a dream every time. We are very frequent guests in Istria, but this evening we had most generous welcome by our receptionist Ms Poljak Ema , who made us feel like family. She took care of every aspect of our visit , offered us a glass of Champagne and persuaded us to come back in November . Room is spacious and immaculately clean, hotel location perfect and we look forward to our next visit. Maja and Sead

If you want to spend your best vacation in Opatija then you must to stay in this hotel. The location is beautiful - quiet place, next to the park and yacht club, on the one side there’s the nice beach, on the another - restaurant and bars. We’re thankful to all personal of this hotel! ❤

If you are looking to stay in a dream place , that looks like a real life castle, in Opatija ,this is the way to go .
Everything was absolutely perfect. As soon as we walked in we were offered complementary champagne, while we were doing the check in . Our room view was breathtaking . Breakfast buffet was so cozy that reminded of grandma’s kitchen with fresh produce and lots of different food . Our kids enjoyed Amadria chocolate,so many varieties to try .
Staff was above and beyond helpful, gave us awesome recommendations where to dine and what to do and accommodated all of our needs .
Location is perfect, everything walking distance from beach to restaurants to stores , parks etc .
Can’t wait to go back .
