Bolfan Vinski Vrh

Excellent homemade food, pleasant and friendly staff. The rooms are traditionally furnished, in solid wood. The location is special because the view is wonderful.
They own their own winery and serve Bolfan wines. A good solution for any celebration.

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. Service was excellent, very attentive. The food was amazing, and a very good value compared to most restaurants we saw around Croatia. The portions were big at dinner and gargantuan for breakfast. Very fair price for high quality food, with meat perfectly cooked. Amazing wine at affordable prices (2 to 4 euros a glass, also available by the bottle). The room was a bit small, but comfortable. The surroundings are idyllic. Perfect overnight stay for a couple.

Wonderful food and a very warm cosy place. We enjoyed everything very much and plan to return soon.

🥩: The food is pretty good, they use all local ingredients and local produce. The meat loaf is like a baby beef wellington. Very flavorful
🍸: A great choice of wines, since Bolfan is also a vinery. We tried Rose of 2023 and it was epic.
👨‍🍳: Service was nice and fun, we felt very cozy.
🏡: Ambience was cozy and traditional. Everything is covered in wood, even the wine fridges! It is very well maintained.
The view is just gorgeous, one of the greatest views you can experience in Croatia. Imagine yourself being on top of a hill that overlooks a massive valley from both sides. Incredible.
💰 Prices are high, but the produce is local and the food is really good. It is the overall experience combined with the view and calmness you pay for.
👍👎: Recommended for a roadtrip or even a sleepover.

The restaurant is very affordable, portions are huge and delicious as well as wine. You can have a meal on the terrace with beautiful views. Peace and quiet, relaxing atmosphere, close to the nature. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to visit and even stay for a night! You can also buy their wine there.

Greetings from New Zealand. We visited your place in September 2015 and after a delicious dinner we bought a couple of bottles. We just opened and consumed the last Bolfan Primus from 2011. What an awesome wine. God must have created it.

Fantastic service, though we came on a quiet day. Lovely view from the terrace, food was locally inspired, plentiful and their Cabarbet Sauvignon was great.

Hotel is stunning. Surroundings and views are also stunning . The staff are the best and the food and wine were excellent only wish we could award more than 5 stars
