Very nice restaurant located in Opatija. The food is very tasty and the portions are appropriate. The staff is friendly and helpful. The choice of food is large from fish to meat. The prices are affordable when compared to other restaurants in Opatija. They have a small parking lot in front of the restaurant. I strongly recommend eating there if you are looking for the best ratio between value and money.

Usually fully booked, but administration has provided a good table for us for approx 2 hours before reservation.
Very good quality of food. Size of each dish is big enough. We had fresh, very tasty and enjoyable dinner.

Excellent traditional and modern Croatian food. In all honesty I was dressed (and smelled) like someone that hiked 18-20km and the staff were kind and courteous to me and my wife both nights the I came here.
The bruschetta was a new twist on an item I’m familiar with and I’ll try to make it at home with truffle paste (in future). The pork shank was very tender and even the ends of the bones could be eaten! The highlight of the night was a creamy truffle and scampi traditional pasta. Dessert was lovely too!

Love going here. Food is always good and the cozy atmosphere is very welcoming. The soft lighting creates a romantic setting, perfect for a special evening. The waiters are amazing every time.

There were three of us and we came for lunch without a reservation. We were lucky to get a seat (table for 1 hour). The two pasta dishes with mussels and seafood were very delicious. The tomato sauce in combination with seafood/fish/shellfish broth is always a dream. The pasta was a bit more cooked than aldente - it was fine. The house wine is recommendable and the beer also drinkable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the ambience inside is chic, the toilets are quite small. The restaurant is recommendable, but you might want to book in advance.

The food is great, especially the steak, but the potatoes could be tastier.
Don't forget to make a reservation in advance, I tried to get there 2 times before without it.
Next time I would like to sit inside, it looks like more cozy.

Ruzmarin in Opatija is a must-visit for Istrian food lovers!
We started with delectable bruschetta topped with fresh shrimp and truffles, followed by perfectly cooked scallops. For the main course, we indulged in flavorful lamb chops, hearty meat lasagna, and a delightful risotto bursting with shrimp. The grilled Adriatic squid was another highlight, cooked to tender perfection. We finished our meal with decadent soufflé and panna cotta, both prepared to melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The staff was professional and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Be sure to book a table in advance, as this popular spot fills up quickly!

Lovely fresh meals for very fair prices. Beautiful wine and polite service. Definitely a good place for an excellent meal.

Amazing food, friendly staff 🤩 we’ve had vegan burger with fries and grilled squids with mashed potatoes and spinach, ended with a slice or icecream cake. All was delicious. I believe best food we had in Opatija ever!

This place has atmosphere. It was full on Saturday. We had to book a table a day in advance. To eat, we had a seafood and fish platter for two and there was a lot of it, we almost didn't finish it. It was excellent. a large selection of wines and the service was pleasant. great

Such a great place!! Had a group dinner!! They have several rooms where it is possible to host smaller or bigger groups!! Food tasty, atmosphere great, service perfect!!

Best place to eat in Opatija. Great food, fresh fish and best Malvazija wine „Bastian“. The service is very professional, fast and on point.
I put 4* for Atmosphere because some outside tables further in the back can get quite hot and stuffy to sit (the waiter warned us though!) and because of the constant smoking from all sides (which is a Croatian thing and something one has to be aware of as a non-smoker).
All in all 100% recommendation. Will definitely come back.
P.S.: They recommended a „Partner restaurant“ of theirs - The Trattoria Mandrac in Volosko. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience food wise but was handled professionally by their management. I won’t put a separate rating for that place.

This is a superb restaurant in Opatija. A bit difficult to find, but it is worth the effort. Both the service and the meals were perfect. The prices are a bit higher but so is the quality. Highly recommended if you want something unique and nice instead of the beach front places.

We have had no reservations however they’ve managed to get a table for us. Food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. Highly recommended !

I recommend that u make a reservation! We took cold starter and two pizzas. Food was amazing, freshly prepared, delicious taste. Even though it’s just a pizza - dough is probably fermented because it tastes as light dough. Next time we will definitely try meat and other food from menu! Worth of waiting and nice food experience.

Fantastic experience! Such fresh and delicious seafood, and very welcoming service. We shared a seafood platter for 2, with shrimp, fish, clams, delicious little roasted potatoes and chard. Every bite was excellent. Our waiter Sasha was so helpful, he even got my mom a lap blanket because she got a little chilled sitting outside. Overall a wonderful dining experience, would definitely recommend!

A must stop when visiting Opatija. By far the best food around. The lamb was exceptional this time!
