Grill house Opatija

Super tasty and the staff was very welcoming and nice. Food was also affordable and not too far from the beach 🥰 recommend the bread and the fish, super fresh!

These guys do know how to grill. We had an amazing dinner here. Please do make a reservation ahead, they have a phone number here in the description. If you come at around 6 without a reservation, you might get a table for a limited time.

We had the fish plate for two and it was incredible. Also octopus salad and their homemade bread were crazy good. Their house wine is very nice, too. Would definitely come again.
We were sitting next to the grill and it was not too hot, the fans do their job.

Octopus is really great! Must try! Just as a warning, you probably better check in advance what is the weight of if to avoid surprise when paying. The one on the photo is 2,5 kg?! >> 752 KN (~100 EUR) Otherwise really great place! Great service!

Within our 5 day stay we went 3 times to the Grill house Opatija. Menu with a variety of fresh seafood and grilled pork and beef, very friendly service, great view close to the ocean. Big recommendation!!!

My favorite grill house in whole 🇭🇷. And the best chef Boris! They serve the best sea bass here, with fantastic blitva (local potatoes cooked with mangold).

Absolutely one of the best places in Opatija. Completely different atmosphere from most other places here. The owner treats each guest as his friend and makes sure everyone feels comfortable. The food is very delicious and the portions are big!

This is my second year in Opatija, and I came to this place last year. The food is amazing, the owner and the rest of the staff are fabulous and very welcoming, and remembered who I was. It's a small, cosy and intimate setting, with a beautiful sea view. Will be back again for sure.

I dont like writting reviews, but i just could not share this place with others! Very, very incredible place! Believe me, we were first time in Croatia, and this place just amazed me! I started to understand why all the people around "Grill house" in the city Opatia(sorry if pronounced wrongly) recommend it. The food! The food, we were for three nights and tasted many different types of it, from fish, meat, to French fries! As i said many types of food right here, and you can watch your food being cooked! Which i liked the most! About the staff, the owner of this place is very kind and friendly person, who can talk in many languages!! He likes to treat his guests with his homemade grappa(vodka), which is made of seven different herbs! The waitress stuck to me the most, a kind, funny person, speaks very clear english! A person, who you can share your jokes with. So, you should come here not only for the good food, but also for the incredibly friendly staff, which i'm going to remember for a long time ❤ best of wishes "Grill house" staff, we'll be back here someday! But for now, keep up the great work!
