KONOBA PORAT

We hesitated to visit this restaurant following reviews we had read however we are so glad we decided to make up our own minds. We actually visited twice. We were welcomed by a nice young man who was quiet ,polite and unassuming.
We decided to share the meat platter that was actually for one person but was perfect for two people with smaller appetites. We ordered the house wine . We were served complimentary bread before the meal was served.
The restaurant had a nice atmosphere even although it was very quiet in the town.
The service was just what I would expect having ordered fried meats. No long wait.
We enjoyed the experience and food and decided to go again on our last evening. The waiter recognised us as we ordered the same dish! We were happy to accept a drink on the house.
Our experience of the restaurant were with no complaints.

What an amazing dinner! And great service! Really large portions and well priced for the quality. House red wine was really nice!
We had the cuttle fish black risotto for an appetizer which was a full sized dinner 🥣
And then the fish dinner for 2! Absolutely amazing and so fresh!
Espresso and a liquor at the end of the night on the house 😁 a nice touch.
Beautiful restaurant inside and out!

Was here in 2019. Excellent food with excellent service, topped off with excellent prices! Will be back in Sukošan in 3 wks. Can't wait to come back here to eat again :D

Best Fried calmars in the city, even better than in Zadar. 😉 Great meat, perfect tuna steak, and the desserts... just delicious.

Delicious food and great service. As the big family of 7 people we returned to have dinners here 6 days in a row.

Cosy and spaciousplace, offers nice cool relaxing atmosphere during the day heat.

Food was really good! Recommended by a local and it wasn't a disappointment. Fresh seafood and vegetables. Nice well cooked steaks, came in medium. The only thing I wish was better was the fries, they are a not bad but to ordinary.
The staff don't know much english but are very friendly and the menu are in english so don't worry.
We left happy!

Best food in town, very natural, fish from the sea, price is best I had in Croatia. People are very nice, we even had free desert third time we came here. God bless them, they deserve it, good people...

Suprisingly good! Definite recommendation

This us an incredible little restaurant with some of the best seafood I have ever tasted. The owner Darko is not only a great host but a comedian to boot. We were made to feel welcomed. And the prices are great for the quality of food on offer. Highly recommended.

Verry good and tasty, i woud remove 1 star as the waiter did not really understand the order. But he pretend understand otherwise we will try our best to explain. We order pizza with frutti di mare without mussels and guess what...I think he understand with losts of mussels 🤦‍♀🤷‍♀...but hey who cares the food was tasty 😋 the price was cheap...take full stars 🌟 🤩

Best restaurant so far in Zadar area!

We had a fish plate for two. Super delicious!! Everything on it was fresh, well prepared and tasty!
