We had a brilliant time staying in one of the apartments overlooking the sea. Less than a minute walk down to the sea front, with many restaurants offering local, fresh dishes only a stones throw away. It is only a 15 minute drive/Uber into the old town of Zadar. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Amazing stay!

We were by Maria and Tom for two weeks, which is also important to mention - with 3 years old kid. The place is clean, cozy and attitude towards us all was very warm. Every single need or request were met and it felt like we are visiting far relatives. There was everything that one needs at accommodation and the view at the sea was just like promised. Seating on the balcony, watching the bay is really beautiful and unforgettable.
We will definitely visit again and stay here.

The apartment is located close to bars and restaurants in Sukošan and it's also very easy to venture into Zadar to discover more. Thank you for having us!

A total gem!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment has sea view, is spacious, clean, with all amenities plus thoughtful little extras. There are few beaches in the area and one is just opposite the house.

We came two times in Croatie, but that summer was our best time ever.
We were looking for an authentic croatian village and we really appreciated our stay.
The appartment is very clean, full furnished with an amazing sea view.
The plus for us: Marija is a wonderful host, very helpful and made us feel like home.
The top of the top, that we didn’t expect, as we arrived, we found all we need to start the vacation quietly ( coffee, water, oil, sugar, salt, paper…..)
Highly recommended and we will, for sure, book for the next summer.

If you are looking for great hosts, clean apartment, and steps away from the beach, this is it. Children’s Paradise beach is a short walk away. Beautiful little town that is perfect for a family vacation. Thank you Maria and Tom for your hospitality.

I have been here for holidays and it was perfect!!! Marija is such a wonderful host, she take care of every little details, the appartment is well located, with a beautiful view on the sea, very clean and has every equipment you will need for a stay. I highly recommend!

Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Urlaubstage.
Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man hat alles was braucht und ist sehr sauber.
Vom Balkon einen super Ausblick auf das Meer. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück stehen.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Dieses Apartment ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Haus liegt in der zweiten Reihe (damit sehr ruhig) - Ausblick dennoch auf's Meer. Klein aber fein + alles was man so braucht. Ideal zu zweit, notfalls zu viert auch passend.

Отличные апартаменты. Все необходимое есть, чисто, комфортно. Хозяева очень приветливые, добрые. Через дорогу море, в 2х минутах кафе, магазины, рестораны. Тихое, уютное место) огромный двор, есть гриль. Рекомендую) приедем сюда еще , обязательно!👍

Auch wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Marija und Tomislav. Das Apartment war sauber und man hatte alles was man benötigt: eine super ausgestattete Küche, ein bequemes Bett und einen großen Balkon mit wundervollen Ausblick und nicht zu vergessen super zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

U Mariji a Toma jsme strávili krásný týden dovolené, měli jsme s sebou 2leteho syna, majitele byli velice milí a vstřícní, cítili jsme se tam jako doma. V ubytování bylo vše potřebné, zařízená kuchyň, posezení na terase, zařízená koupelna s pračkou. K dispozici byla i rozlehlá zahrada s možností parkování zdarma. Ubytování se nachází v klidné části městečka, ale nedaleko od centra, 5-10 minut chůze pěšky. Večer tam byl klid, žádný ruch nebo hudba od restauraci. Téměř před apartmánem se dalo koupat přímo z betonového mola, ale tam jsme se neodvážili. Menší pláž bez restaurací a stánku se nachází 5 minut chůze od ubytování, větší oblázková pláž se nachází asi 15 minut chůze, ale stojí za to si tam dojít, cestou se projít historickými uličkami a trochu si cestu zkrátit nebo se projít po promenádě kolem moře.

Apartment sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Lage super mit tolle Aussicht ans Meer. Die Besitzerin Maria sehr nette liebe Frau. Wir haben 2 super Wochen Urlaub hier gehabt

Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach ein Traum. Das ruhige Städtchen Sukošan lässt einen richtig entspannen. Ein Stückchen Himmel auf Erden.

Odlična lokacija, divan pogled na more, blizina centra mjesta i plaže (nekoliko minuta hoda). Apartmani opremljeni i izuzetno čisti. Vrlo ljubazni i susretljivi domaćini. Rado bismo se vratili i preporučamo!

Prekrasan apartman, sve jako čisto, lijepo namješten. U kuhinji sve potrebno. Posteljina se mijenja jednom tjedno. Domaćini uvijek pri ruci i jako uslužni. Pogled na more iz apartmana. Do prve plaže pet minuta hoda. Sve pohvale i preporuke
