Beautiful apartment, everything is clean and tidy. The beds are delicious and good mattresses.
There are mosquito nets for all doors and windows.
Nice bathroom with good shower and good hairdryer.
The area is very quiet and there is a short walking distance to the pebble beach.
The host couple is very helpful.

Just spent an amazing 10 nights. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. The apartments are spotless. They are well equipped with everything you could need. They even arranged a late check out for us after our flight was changed. Gave us fantastic tips on where to eat and places to visit. Even sending homemade cheesecake up for us on the last night.
The views from the balcony were amazing. We would highly recommend these apartments

If only all private run appartement would be like this. What a friendly and helpful couple, what a high quality appartement with nice luxury materials and eye for detail. We had a late arrival from the airport and were welcomed with open arms. When they saw my 2 kids they came back to bring some local cookies. Also there own made local wine was a very nice after the trip over. Hope they manage to keep the spirit going like this for the years to come.

The best place to stay in Croatia! Quiet and beautiful surroundings. Modern and clean apartments with AC in each room. Place for bbq on the backyard. Friendly and always smiling owners.

We chose this destination after a long consideration. We were more than satisfied. Very, very nice Apartment. It is as nice in real life as it is in the pictures. It is more than taken care of all the little things, which really count in the end. You can see that the owners care about costumer's comfort. Vinko and Kristina (the owners) are very nice and good, but most importantly - fair. Being fair is a rare thing in our world.
I'm happy to say that we are coming back next year.

3 x GREAT!!!. Great place, Great conditions nad Great owners. Everything what we needed was in our apartament. If you come with children you have beach really close, only about 150 meters and isn't so crowded.

High quality of apartments, all necessary equipment, great location, close to the beach. Owners are very helpful and kind which create amazing atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Feel Good

Miejsce przygotowane na sezon 2023 na wysoki połysk. Apartamenty duże, czyste i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Okolica cicha. Bardzo blisko do plaży. Właściciele bardzo pomocni i bardzo mili.

Unser Go-To-Place in Kroatien. Die Host-Familie ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, sauber und komplett klimatisiert. In Sukosan ist man örtlich gut gelegen, denn man ist schnell an Orten wie Zadar, Sibenik oder auch Split. Die Kornati-Inseln hat man quasi direkt vor der Tür.

Tolle Apartmentanlage mit 5 Wohnungen. Sehr modern ausgestattet. Die Wohnungen haben alle eine Klimaanlage, welche sehr angenehm bei den Außentemperaturen war. Die Küche hatte einen 2-Plattenherd und einen Kühlschrank mit einem kleinen Eisfach. Besteck und Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Zum sauberen Strand sind es ca. 100 Meter. Er ist nie überfüllt und das Wasser ist spitze. In der Nähe befinden sich auch einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie EDEKA, LIDL und Kaufland ( An der Hauptstrasse in Richtung Zadar ).

piękny apartament z jeszcze piękniejszym widokiem. wszystko nowe:pokoje, mikrofalówka, lodówka, suszarka, klima... środków czystości, kosmetyków więcej niż ja Mam w domu. internet działa bez zarzutu. marmury, czysto, wygodne łóżko... szkoda ze byliśmy tylko na 1 noc. polecam!!

Sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das sehr gut eingeteilte Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und neu eingerichtet, die Betten sind sehr gut, die Küchenausstattung ist umfangreich und die Lage ist schön und ruhig. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Beim nächsten Koratien-Aufenthalt kommen wir gerne wieder!

Apartamentos nuevos en finca, casi totalmente equipados (falta lavadora y secadora). Limpieza impecable en todo el apto, 2 habitaciones con mosquiteras , baño, cocina y terracita exterior aire acondicionado en ambas habitaciones cerca de la playa. Parking exterior.
Lo mejor, la amabilidad y ofrecimiento por parte de la propietaria en facilitarnos la info para visitar y encontrar lugares de la zona. Sin duda si pasas por aquí este es tu apto. Ah, y un precio por noche para 2 personas de 44€.

Wysokiej jakości apartamenty w bezpośredniej bliskości morza. Bardzo gustownie i ze smakiem urządzone, z dbałością o najdrobniejsze szczegóły. Właściciele bardzo mili i uczynni. Jest dostęp do grilla i ogrodu. Spokojna okolica. Polecam z całego serca.
