Villa Lavanda

Excellent apartment building! We travelled here with a large group and two dogs, so we got to stay in three apartments. Great location, 400 m away from the extremely busy (and quite smelly) main road, in a quiet area close to the forest. The apartments are built with high quality materials and furnishings. Everything was clean, from bedding, floors, kitchen pots and pans and coffee makers. Impeccable! Super quality mattresses and bed toppers make for an extremely comfortable sleep. Everything inside the apartments is new, modern, clean and comfortable. The balconies are built facing the west , so you get to drink your coffee in the fresh and cooler morning air, and in the evenings you get to enjoy the most spectacular views of the sea at sunset. Close to two small supermarkets, 400 m away from a nice pebble beach. Highly recommended!!!

We were really impressed by the apartment. Great size and beautiful view from the balcony. Room had an oven/microwave/washer and even dishwasher (although we didn't use them all). The owner greeted us on arrival and had two cold beers waiting. Is a bit of a walk down to the town as the apartment is on a hill but nothing too strenuous. Plenty of parking space as well. Would definitely recommend.

The villa is located in a verry quiet and resting area. We had a verry beautiful studio room, with balcony and sea view. The sunsets We saw from our balcony were ansolutely amazing. I must tell, also, that The room was verry clean.
The host, mr Zlatco is an incredibile man, halping us with usefull advice.
I definetly recomand.

Excelent place. The owner was very kind with us with many detaills that make the difference. Nice views and the beach near this area is very very Good.

Kind host. Hospitality is great! Clean appartment with sea view. Cleaning is done every few days and towels, for me that's a huge extra (because I didnt't expect it for that price). Near the sea & supermarkets and a very quiet area. I would recommend it for sure to everyone who wants to stay near the sea, but wants a quiet area to relax to the fullest.

The Owner is really nice person, very kind and helpful. Apartment was clean, tidy and comfy. Sea&mountains view at the same time. Perfect:)

Bit of a walk up a hillside to get to the apartment though. Requires some sturdy legs.

Bardzo spokojna okolica. Do morza 600m na nóżkach raczej dla aktywnych ponieważ wejście do apartamentu pod górę. Bardzo dziękujemy za życzliwość i gościnność Zlatko. Gospodarz przemiły. Możliwość porozumienia co do godzin zameldowania i wymeldowania. Hvala vam

Apartman u kojem smo mi boravili već 7 put po redu je izvrstan.Fantastičan pogled na Split i okolinu.Jutra uz prvi jutranji kafu sa ovakvim pogledom su neopisiva.Toplo priporučujem obiteljima sa djecom.
Vlasnik Zlatko i njegova obitelj pobrinut će se da se osjećate kao kod kuće.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, auch mit Waschmaschine. Sehr großes Wohnzimmer. Balkon mit Meeresblick. Die Straße zum Haus ist leider eng.
Der Strand in der Nähe ist sehr gut. Mit dem Auto zur Altstadt ist leider anstrengend, Stau jeden Tag.

Davvero eccezionale!!! Appartamenti molto ampi, con ottimo arredamento nuovo e di gusto. Dotati di tutti i confort (compresa l'aria condizionata, asse e ferro da stiro) con terrazzo ampio indipendente. Parcheggio essenziale per gli appartamenti che hanno. Per arrivare al mare è necessaria la macchina ma lo si vede dal terrazzo 😝

Täällä oli aivan fantastista yöpyä kuusi yötä. Sänky todella hyvä ja isot untuvatyynyt sai muokattua itselle juuri sopivaksi.
Ihanalle terassille paistoi iltapäivän ja illan aurinko. Hiljainen talo nukkua. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö.
Ranta ja kaupat suht lähellä.

Super vriendelijke gastheer, bij het aankomen direct rondgeleid in het huis en heette ons metteen welkom met een drankje. Ook het appartement zelf was super onderhouden en heel mooi van interieur. Het uitzicht is zoals het appartement zelf prachtig. Echt een aanrader!
