Villa Olive Harvest Sutivan

Perfect place to calm down and to reconnect with nature, to have a real vacation from the fast city life with only view on the city of Split across the sea and on the Mountains, view on the stars from here is amazing due to low light pollution, never seen more stars. Place is well equiped and modern, hosts are kind and expirienced with visitors giving them space and are there when you need them. Closest beach to the place is beach Likva, very nice one.

The hosts are very wellcoming, the view is wonderful and the apartment is first class! Best choise to spend a week in peace!

Wundervoller Ferienort. Fantastische Aussicht auf die halbe Dalmatinische Küste! Tolle Ausstattung. Toller Pool umgeben von wundervollen Oliven und Feigenbäumen. Bis zur Promenade und den Stränden nur 10min Fussweg. Besser gehts nicht

Das Haus ist wunderschön, umgeben von Olivengärten, sehr ruhih. Ausblick ist phantastisch. Alles Top eingerichtet, sehr sauber, große Pool, Kleinkinderspielplatz.
Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns mit dalmatinischen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Apsolut empfehlenswert!

Prekrasno mjesto za odmor, sa izvrsnim domaćinima.😁Preporuka svima koji traže mir, odmor u osami, a u blizini naselja. Prekrasno uredjenja Vila, sa odličnim bazenom. Na imanju postoji i dječije igralište, a u blizini se nalazi i Park prirode sa sadržajima za djecu. Za sve koji vole aktivan odmor postoje biciklističke staze, i prekrasni maslicici za šetnje.

Magischer Ort mit unglaublicher Aussicht!

Great location, lovely views. Let down by power issues - the solar panels and batteries are not enough to supply the services provided, and the this led to short power cuts day and night while the generator started. We were without water and power one night - not ideal! Another negative was people using our pool and patio furniture when they thought we were out. We are currently in discussion with the owner.

A nice villa let down by privacy and power:

The pool was used by others, despite being advertised for our own "exclusive use". The hosts were often too close for comfort. For example, it was not uncommon for our peacefulness to be interrupted by the owners wondering around the garden and occasionally entering the villa. This is a shame as one of the main selling points of this villa was the privacy.

Moreover, there were frequent powercuts everyday due to a strange and dysfunctional solar panel/diesel generator setup. We had to spend an entire night in darkness. I understand it is situated on a predominantly rural island but, for the price, one would expect the electricity to work fine.
