Host waited for us and gave us tour around apartment.
Apartment is well equipped, clean and spacious.
View from terrace is stunning !

Gorgeous view, very clean and lovely host

As many have already said, the pictures do not do justice to this place. My partner and I stayed here for 4 days and we had a really good time. They have a lovely garden and the host was more than welcoming to pick anything that we wanted from there.

We just stayed at Sunshine apartment at Nikola’s place for 4 weeks. The apartment is really nice and comfortable with GREAT views. Such a nice feeling to wake up every morning with this stunning view and ending the day with watching the sunset from the balcony!
- Internet was good enough for me for video calls and long zoom meetings.
- Connection to Split centre is excellent (train station is 7’ walk away).
- The gym is very well-equipped
- Garden is amazing with fresh veggies and flowers!
On top of all that, the best impression for us was actually the hospitality from Nikola and his family. The kindest hosts ever!
Nikola himself, his mom, his sister and his aunts are super helpful and kind. They always checked with us if we needed anything, offered to pick us up at check-in/drop us off at check-out, and took us to the supermarket when we needed to do a bigger shopping trip (as we didn’t have a car).

Excellent place for holidays. Very welcoming host. Clean apartments very well equiped, including dishwasher, coffe maschine, microwave, aircondition, washing maschine and many more. Close to Trogir and Split. Comfortable parking spots. The garden with fruits and veggies is open for guests. In the building there is also a gym avaliable for guests.

A nice little place to stay. Especially for a couple.
We stayed just one night after flying in to Split before startling or hiking trip.
The hosts are great, the place looks as advertised, and it's comfortable and clean.
It is a decent hike up the hill. 30 minutes to walk down. 45 to walk up. That's not a problem. Just be aware.
The view is beautiful and the neighborhood is nice.

This aparment was the most comfortable and cozy place we have ever been - and the cleanest for sure. We just slept very well and we were sorry we had to leave so early. Without any reservation, this is by far the best accommodation you can find in the surrounding of Split. With a splendid host and aspassialy the mother of the 2 hosts who will provide you with fresh veggies from her garden.
The apartment is fully equipped with all you need. Outstanding good service.

Wonderful apartment and host Josipa. One of the best apartments that i have stayed in. The owner has taken care of even the smallest things in furnishing and arranged a fan immediately after i requested. Would highly recommend.

Rooms well equipped and finished with style. We rented a the top floor apartment that offered views of the sunrise over Split and sunset over Togir. Easy drive to both UNESO sites. Big thumbs up!

Die Aussicht ist absolut zum empfehlen! Es gibt einen Garten der mit viel Liebe gepflegt ist und auch für Gäste ist.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches, modern eingerichtetes Appartment. Ausstattung perfekt, es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen, auch längeren, Aufenthalt benötigt. WLAN funktionierte gut. Parkplatz ist vorhanden.
Freundlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter.
Ruhige Lage. Traumhafte Aussicht.
Nachteil: Die Auffindbarkeit ist trotz Navi etwas schwierig. Jedenfalls zum ersten mal.
