A must-see in Primosten! Nestled in the main town, this intimate gem features sushi that rivals the best we have ever had in other countries, including Japan itself. The owner is a kind man, talented beyond words, generous beyond compare and ensures the quality of his restaurant and cuisine is top notch. We’ve been coming to Primosten for years and this is unquestionably the best restaurant, and frankly probably the best food I’ve had in Croatia (it’s second best as my mother in law is first). Thankfully, there are more restaurants in this family so when we’re back in Zagreb we will also check out Nomu. TLDR: Just go, how could you not want Adriatic fish sushi?????

Wonderful! We loved this place and staff were excellent - super fresh fish (in the amazing crunchy Vegas roll) and delicious orange wine :) we travel fairly cheap, so had some supermarket chips beforehand for a smaller amount of food. Very happy!

Very nice place! Very good japanese style food. We (my wife and I) have taken our chances and have eaten there with our 4 children (6 to 11 yrs). We haven't received a single frown from the nicest lady that have served us. On the contrary! Since japanese food is not something our children are very used to, and at least one had trouble eating it, she served us a bit of cold cut and grissinis, and 4 virgin and 2 normal cocktails on top of it, all on house! Marvelous! Would recommend to anyone!

Little cozy place with absolutely flawless service, we felt welcomed from the first second we stepped in and were looked after until we left. Special praise for the waitress Ariana and the bartender Aljosa. We had wine and sushi - everything very delicious, definitely worth the price.

We were unsure of having dinner at Nardin with our 4 children (11 years and younger). We are all quite adventurous eaters but the kids were entering the "hangry" phase. 😅 We took the risk and were pleasantly surprised.
We ordered a selection of maki rolls, gyoza and takoyaki and everything was delicious, real flavour bombs. I also had a glass of orange wine from Istria that was well chilled and is going straight on my favourite orange wines list.
Our waitress was super friendly and patient (consider tiny tables, lots of plates and drinks, fidgety children). When it turned out that one of the kids really didn't like anything we ordered, the waitress brought the kids complimentary bread sticks and delicious salami AND fancy nonalcoholic cocktails.
Nardin, thank you for letting a family of 6 have a delicious and slightly messy dinner and still making us feel welcome.

If someone had told me that I would eat one of the best sushi in Primošten (and I've tried a lot of them all over the world), I wouldn't have believed them. Highly recommended.

Amira is a wonderful hostess . She introduced us to some lovely small plates and wines. And gave us some helpful advice when we visited on two occasions while we were staying in Primosten . She also booked rang and booked us a table at a sister restaurant Nomu in Zadar . We went there the following night and Vladimir also looked after us there. Thank you

The best restuarant in Primosten! The charming owner Alex happily shares his wine knowledge which just adds to the whole experience! Best sushi weve had in ALL our travels - a must try. Yes, its more expensive than some other restaurants but 100% worth it!

This is the best place if you like wine! So many different types of wine, great sushi, carpaccio is amazing... Really five star place! Best of all is owner, which is so dedicated to the guests and you can learn so much from him! Pure hedonism! Can't wait to come back to this place!

This place has so many types of cheese and wines that everyone can find something suitable for them. Also, what got me pleasently surprised is that they have vegan sushi which was very tastefull. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to try excellent cheese and wine, and enjoy old city of Primošten.

Amazing sushi and wines!
The best sushi I have ever tasted! This place is gourmand's paradise, with carefully selected food and wines of top quality, taking care of every datail (like a paper-thin sliced mortadella, arrangement of food and amazing glasses).
Make sure you try the goose pate & goose proachutto bruschettas. Extraordinary!

First class sushi in the heart of old town Primošten. Amazing location and friendly host/staff, you cannot go wrong with this little gem. Menu, drinks and location 10 out of 10. We will be back :)

Excellent sushi and nice service. Lots of people in the evenings. We were there at 6pm and it was half empty.

We spent one late evening in July in this charming place. We got a great recommendation for a spumante, enjoyed the ambiance and atmosphere of the place, the service was excellent, truly a five-star experience.
