SunSplash Sanctuary - Apartments Lovre & Rita with pool view

100% recommendation for this object and Mirela as a host! 👍👍👍

At the end of July, we stayed in this house with two families - four adults and four children. We've booked the whole object for ourselves.

Mirela - the host:
- Mirela is a very nice person
- the communication was very fast, friendly and continuous
- in case of every question, Mirela supports in the best way
- all in all, we felt very welcome and nice treated

The house:
- very nice house, very modern and fresh upgraded
- due to the fresh upgrade, some daily stuff is still missing. Everything we've missed we've asked Mirela and she brought it the latest on the next day - thank you for this!
- The house is very well isolated, so it's not hot inside, even if the air conditioner is off. We've slept without the air conditioner - the nights are very fresh.
- The house has enough air conditioner and they work really fine - if you turn all of them on you'll get a refrigerator :)
- the three separated apartments have a good layout
- the swimming pool was a highlight for our kids and we also spent much time inside :)
- in front of the pool, there is a big terrasse where we had breakfast and dinner - we could relax and watch our kids playing in the pool without any worries
- the house also has an old garden with a barbecue-place! We loved this barbecue-place!!! This is a brick oven with a typical traditional cooking grate - the steaks had a very nice smoke aroma
- all in all, the house is great and we felt very comfortable inside

The area:
- the house is placed in a small courtyard
- there are three other houses - two stand-alone and one multi-apartment. Due to the small size of the trees around the pool (it's a question of time), we were not really hidden from the opposite multi-apartment house. Almost the whole time there was nobody, who could watch us, so we felt like we have our privacy. Only one time there was a drunk german guy, who tried to shi*t-talk to us from the upper balcony in the late evening, but we only laughed about it :D
- behind the house and the garden, there is nature - so you have many different and interesting insects and lizards - it was very interesting for our kids and also fou ourselves
- In the morning the sun is shining directly onto the terrasse. For us, it was too hot to breakfast in front of the pool, so we moved the tables around the corner into the shady place with a nice wind
- the villa is close to Sibenik - you drive only 5-10 min to get to the town. Supermarkets, shops and gas stations are close by, but you need to drive. So without a car it would be difficult
- it's very close to the Krk Nationalpark which is really beautiful and a great activity
- you will find many beaches by 10-40 min driving, depend on where you want to go

Summarized we are very satisfied with our stay @ Villa Brig! The price/performance ratio is TOP! Mirela is a very nice host! Thank you for being welcome and looking forward for our next visit.
