Povijesna znamenitost - Teleferika

Very spectacular spot. Nice view on Rabac. Route is not suitable for trolley, and access to the sea is difficult. Read the information sign, it's very interesting. Keep the place clean.

Teleferika is a former cable car for bauxite transport. The cable car was opened in 1925 and stretched nine kilometers to the village of Cere, where the main bauxite dump was. From the loading port, bauxite was loaded onto ships using two conveyor belts. After World War II, the port ceased to operate and the cable car was dismantled. Today, the area of Maslinica bay, Teleferika and all the way to the foot of the old town of Labin is a protected natural landscape, where you can get to know the splendor of wild vegetables, wild herbs and intoxicating spicy scents.

The old building is a must see place for people who love these kind of ruins with such an old history. The place offers a fantastic view on the sea with crystal clear water. To reach the the place is not as easy as there is only a small path starting from the camping place near the hedera, Marcos and mimosa hotel. Another path is more complicated coming down from the hill from the direction of Labin. Great place to explore.

Teleferika is a remnant of a bauxite cableway. The ore was transported from the bauxite mines to this terminal to be loaded onto ships.

Well worth the trek and walking sticks advised.

◇■◇Der Weg ist sehr steinig. Festes Schuwerk empfehlenswert. Wir waren ohne Mobilteil unterwegs. Für uns war die Wegbeschreibung dürftig. Denn es fehlt die Markierung für das Verlassen des Weges um zu Teleferika zu gelangen. Jedoch wer suchet der findet. Und wir wurden mit einem grandiosen Ausblick auf Rabac belohnt. Für Kinder und 8 Jahren eher ungeeignet.
Wer Sonne liebt besucht vormittags die Stelle, wer eher auf die Strahlen verzichten mag, dann eher am Nachmittag◇■◇

Supr vylet na slapadle. Jedna se o byvaly nakladni dok, kde se do 80 let nakladaly lode bauxitem. Do doku vedla 9 km dlouha nakladni lanovka. Nejvetsi boom zazila teleferika behem prvni a druhe svetove valky.

Abbiamo trovato questo posto fantastico guardando ciò che più ci ispirava da Google maps. Per scendere al mare bisogna inoltrarsi con la macchina in un sentiero indicato con il nome "selce", che si prende dalla strada andando verso Portolungo. Consiglio di lasciare la macchina in una delle piccole piazzole lungo il sentiero in quanto si rischia di non riuscire a risalire per la grande quantità di ghiaia presente. Seguire poi il sentiero a piedi fino ad arrivare agli scogli bianchi e levigati a picco sul mare. Il mare è cristallino e calmo, vi sono pochissime persone e vi è una bellissima vista sulla cittadina dì portalbona. La risalita sarà un po' faticosa ma ne vale davvero la pena!!!

Wahrlich beeindruckend dieses Bauwerk, bzw. das was vom alten Verladehafen noch übrig ist. In Deutschland würde eine derartig zerfallene Ruine mit teils gefährlichen Löchern und Überhängen vermutlich vollständig gesperrt, so ist die Ruine wahrlich ein besuchenswertes Highlight. 🙃

Wenn man dann Weg dahin gefunden hat beginnt ein kleines Abenteuer. Man fühlt sich als würde man was verbotenes tun, aber es sind ja nirgends Verbotsschilder. Während man so durch die Ruine klettert wünscht man sich, dass man das Bauwerk in seinem intakten Zustand angucken könnte. Doch so hilft nur die eigene Fantasie sich alles Vorzustellen wie es mal gewesen sein könnte.

Wir wanderten vom Hotel Maslinica zu dieser Ruine. Wir haben den "Wanderweg" relativ schnell gefunden, festes Schuhwerk ist hier pflicht. Auf der hälfte der Strecke kann man ungestört ins ruhige Meer springen, also Badesachen mitnehmen.
Das alte verfallene Bauwerk ist sehr schön zu betrachten, wilde Kletteraktionen sollte man aber unterlassen.

Für jeden Wanderer, der die Aussicht auf die wunderbare Bucht geniessen will ein muss!
Da in der Nähe ein Feriencamp für Jugendliche ist, wo ich letztes Jahr dran teilgenommen habe...kann ich auch für die Jugend an Herz legen dort hinzugehen...man kann dort prima baden oder "Klippen springen" machen...aber auch einfach nur ein alkoholisches Getränk ( in unserem Fall Slivovic) nehmen ,sich hinsetzen, Musik hören und sich auf ganz edel die Kante geben :)
