Probably one of the best sea food restaurants I’ve ever been to. Excellent food, lovely service and the Ambiente in the restaurant with the open fire place where the sea food is grilled is just one of a kind. I can highly recommend trying the calamari fritti.

5 Stars across the board!!! We ate here in 2019 and were wowed by the experience I wasn't sure if the experience would measure up, but I am happy to say it did. Everything was exceptional!

We visited on a rainy day and this place improved our day. Place is nicely arranged. Facilities are clean. Service is kind and fast. And the best thing is delicious, tasty, really beautiful food. Would definitely recommend this place.

A lovely place in the countryside offers a huge variety of freshly made seafood and fish with pasta or steaks, traditionally cooked in the konoba fireplace. All served by nice and friendly people trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible...of course fish dishes my end up in a higher price segment, but that's worth the fresh ingredients...

We had really delicious seafood experience. For starter we had raw scampi & mix of 5 different sea specialties, which were really good and full of taste. Later we took grilled scallops and for main dish we took fish (San Pjer / Kovac). Food was really fresh, delicious. The service is nice - really open and talkative, they recommended us food combination👌🏼
Don’t forget to try local home wine (Malvazija) which is also great and goes perfectly with the fish and seafood. One of the places worth of returning.

Family held restauraunt with a well earned reputation! You will feel like you have come to a home visit! The wonderful smell of meals cooked on an indoor fireplace and good national wines. Don’t miss the Tiramusu made by the owner! It’s the best Tiramisu in Istria!

We had a beautiful lunch in the quiet shadowy courtyard of this great restaurant. Started with Istarski pršut, then Gulaš with fuži (local homemade pasta) and after that fantastic Fiorentina steak, just below medium rare... All this, with refreshing, local Malvasia wine. At the end, Apple strudel baked under the bell - peka! And finally we had great ice cold local brandies “on the house”. Waitress was truly polite and friendly and so was the Chef! Price was more than fair for such a lunch. Surely we will come again!

Indeed a great restaurant with focus on seafood 🦞🐟 (while most inland restaurants in Istria serve only meat). We were offered only a selection and couldn’t choose from the full menu but that didn’t spoil the great experience. We ended up with an amazing grilled branzino. The quality is outstanding and prices very customer-friendly. Reservation is highly advisable (if (!) you reach them on phone). The owner is super friendly. The interior is very atmospheric.

Excellent seafood restaurant, this place was recommended to us by locals and it was great. It was so hot and I was happy we were seated in the entrance terrace which exposed us to a nice breeze. The waiter sat at the table with us and proposed us a few options, we gave him carte blanche and he managed greatly with his picks. The grilled scallops were amazing!

Beautiful garden in the back of the restaurant. The concept of owner sitting down with you to plan and create your dinner is very nice approach giving you very homie feeling. The food was excellent, especially the fish on the grill (St. Pier), black risotto was good and Fiorentina steak as well.

Great restaurant in a house. Very friendly owner who sits down and asks what you like to eat and then matches with what’s on that days menu or something easy they could make specifically for you. Scallops and octopus salad in particular were great.

Warm and welcoming service, inside and outside seating, plenty of wines available but house wine is more than enough for most. Food order taken is always taken by the owner who seems like a calm and friendly guy. Recommended dish: Risotto with cuttlefish ink and pieces (didn't catch the name!). There will be staff available to speak in English, Italian, German and Croatian (obviously!) and possibly more!

AMAZING! Everything. From the start until the end. Nice greeting by the old guy who is in charge. We were seated outside on beautiful terrace (you can also smoke there). Started with the octopus salad which was very tasty, but the main course was outstanding. We ordered a mixed fish plate for 2 but the quantity was at least for 3. And the quality was simply amazing. 4 Fish (orata), scampi, sea shells and a giant squid were all on this plate. As a side dish you also get the potatoes but we bearly tried them.
The other pleasent surprise was the bill. All this and 1l of white wine for a little bit less than 50€. We are sure to come back shortly and this restaurant will be number 1 on reccomandation to our friends!

Great small local restaurant. Informal and very friendly atmosphere. The owners have run this place for decades now. People keep coming back and so do we. Most food is prepared on the grill. Great outdoor seating but also very cosy in the winter inside. Local food: meats, vegetables and fish from the area. Highly recommended.
