Jovanov Winery

This place made me fall more in love with Croatia than I already was, the wine was incredible, the property and views were absolutely stunning, the employees were so lovely, kind, knowledgeable and made us feel like part of the family. If im ever back in Croatia, i will 100% come back here.

I would recommend renting a car to drive here or hiring a taxi to drop you off and pick you up since its quit remote. We got very lucky with an amazingly generous local Korcula taxi driver who showed us around and was such a nice person, he enjoyed visiting the winery as well.

Jovanov Winery was the highlight of my trip to Korcula! Beautiful spot with some of the best Croatian wines I’ve tasted. The service was perfect - attentive host who provided great descriptions of the wines. Highly recommend!

I recently had the immense pleasure of visiting Jovanov Winery, and I can't emphasise enough just how splendid the experience was. From start to finish, it was a journey of wine, culture, and pure enjoyment that I won't soon forget. Surrounded by the green pine trees hills and lush vineyard, it felt like stepping into a picture-perfect postcard. The attention to detail in the winery and neatly manicured rows of grapevines, created a breathtaking atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the wines. The wine selection at Jovanov is a testament to the winemakers' expertise and dedication. Each pour was a masterpiece, offering a symphony of flavours and aromas. The staff at Jovanov were outstanding. Their knowledge and passion for wine were infectious, and they made our tasting experience truly exceptional. They took the time to explain the nuances of each wine, offering insightful recommendations and creating an engaging and friendly atmosphere. To top it all off, the food pairings at Jovan were simply divine. The homemade food at Jovanov was an absolute culinary delight that elevated our winery experience to a whole new level. If you're a fan of farm-to-table, locally sourced garden tomatoes, island cheese, olives, olives oil, Dalmatian prosciutto, and Dalmatian pancetta, you're in for a treat. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or a casual visitor, this winery offers an excellent experience that is sure to leave you with unforgettable memories and a newfound appreciation for the world of wine. I wholeheartedly recommend Jovanov to anyone seeking a top-tier winery experience.

Great wine and great scenery! My wife and I stopped here for a tasting and ended up staying for a few more glasses.

The host, Matej, was very friendly and has set the place up very nicely to enjoy the wine and views.

Don't trust google maps as it directed us through the paddocks on dirt roads. Stick to the main (asphalted) roads and you'll be fine.

Oh my.. the place is absolutely perfect! The surroundings (you suddenly teleport to Tuscany), the food (everything local) and the wine.. are simply out of this world. I’m really glad I found that place and I can honestly say: Their wine is one of the reasons why I would come back to Korcula.

Advice: don't follow google maps because it will take you through the wineyards, just go on the main road towards Vela Luka and on the left you will see a sign for the Jovanov winery.

Excellent place to spend summer afternoon. We were group of 4 and we tried 5 different wines and we had a cold plate full of local products . Ambient is extraordinary and service was amazing. Definitely the place to visit!

This is an amazing sunset spot. The stunning vineyard, views of the beautiful town of Blato and rolling hills make for a great evening which you’ll never want to end. The wines were very nice and the cold meats/cheese board was delicious. Prices were on the expensive side for the area but not unreasonable by any stretch. The only flaws I have: 1. the pours could be more generous 2. ensure you have cash with you as they don’t take card! On the whole a wonderful experience.

Such a lovely place! The woman from the service and the owner were really friendly :) we had a very nice evening with delicious wine and food (the plate was awesome). Thanks for that!! We will definetly come back!

Beautiful winery, Toscana in the middle of Korčula.

A beautiful winery with excellent wine and a breathtaking view. The cold plate with Tapas is a poem and the 4 different wines we tried an absolute pleasure of highest quality. The service is more than friendly, very courteous and helpful. We would love to come back.
