VILLA NICOLINA

Very nice apparrtment. Nice hosts, Mr Robert and ms Nuccolina very friendly and politely.

Appartamento stupendo, ben arredato con ampia zona giorno dotata di ogni comfort (grande divano, TV, cucina nuova e attrezzata con bella stoviglieria), bagno con doccia e lavatrice, due comode camere matrimoniali e balconcino con divanetti. Il valore aggiunto è dato sicuramente dalla terrazza all'ultimo piano con vista sulle colline, divani, lettini, barbecue e splendida jacuzzi riservata (noi eravamo nell'appartamento a due camere e due livelli). Ottima posizione a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro di Kastel, vicino a supermercato e ristoranti. Cordialità e disponibilità del proprietario e dello staff. La location ha reso i nostri tre giorni di permanenza davvero speciali.

Da der Gastgeber deutsch ist, ist die Kommunikation sehr einfach. Schon vorab wurden die Details der Abkunft erfragt und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Täglich ist Personal vorhanden, wodurch alles in top Schuss und Sauberkeit gehalten wird. Ebenso werden Fragen oder Probleme direkt gelöst. Das Haus ist bei uns in sehr gutem Zustand, gleiches gilt für den Poolbereich. Die Ausstattung des Apartment ist vollständig und für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt mehr als ausreichend. Auch kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden, ebenso wie Babybett und Hochstuhl.
Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten an der Promenade, noch schneller erreicht man Supermärkte und Bäckereien.
All dies hat zu einem perfekten Urlaub beigetragen, daher 5*!

Bardzo ładna willa z 4 apartamentami. Dobrze wyposażona, nowoczesna, czysta. Przestronne pokoje, w salonie klimatyzacja, nasz apartament miał bezpośrednie wyjście na basen. Inne apartamenty miały dostęp do jacuzzi. 10 minut spacerem od plaży, blisko sklepów i lotniska (samoloty słychać od samego rana więc dla niektórych osób może być to uciążliwe). Miły i pomocny gospodarz. Polecam.

Niesamowite miejsce. Tam dopiero można wypoczywać!
