Perfect spot for a family holiday & to explore Croatia!! The villas have everything you could need & more. Marina is an excellent host and made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend booking at Modern XXL Villa.

Marina is an excellent host. The property was clean and modern. Everything worked properly. It is a very comfortable house. Well situated to visit every place from Split to Dubrovnik.

Wow wow wow! Perfect place to stay in Croatia! Very kind and warm hosts! Quiet place in the village, with big house with eight rooms and two kitchens. There is a pool, lots of vegetation and a driver who brings you fresh bread every morning! We had great experience there! Thanks host Marina and her family for an unforgettable stay!

Special thanks to Marina for making our stay perfect. Villa has nice, green and big territory, pool, playground for childrens. Villa is very clean and spacious with 8 rooms and few bathrooms. It's equipped with all necessary things which is needed for longer stay.
Villa is located in small village where live only few families, outside is very calm. Nice view to Mountains.

Recommend to everyone who is travelling with larger friend groups.

The house was beautiful, clean, tidy and cozy.

Amazing! This home is everything as advertised if not more! The peace and quiet that surrounded us was amazing, the only sounds in the neighborhood were the birds and crickets! Great mountain view from the balconies! We really managed to relax and didn’t have to worry about anything, the whole place was completely equipped down to the tiniest details, it even has the gym, bikes, grill that was huge, kids playground….we enjoyed the pool with massage and night lighting and their homemade liquors on the patio haha .. amazing food altogether, they welcomed us with a whole platter of homemade products, like honey, marmalade, cheese and prosciutto! The hosts really wanted to make sure we were happy and even the communication was not an issue as they speak in more languages! I definitely would love to return and I recommend it! Five stars!

I spent here one week and it was lovely time. Nice double house, comfortable rooms and kitchens. Very good equipment, fast WIFI. The place contains nice pool and garden. there is also big table where can sit all inhabitants. The village is small, quiet. Not far away from the sea and very close to highway. The owner is very helpfull and open. If you ask you will get all answers. Few km from village there is possibility to take rafting.
There was only one minus, the wasps. They were many of them but it is possible to manage with them.

We (7 Adults and 9 Childern) spent in this Villa 9 days, it was a wonderful time.
As we arrived we were welcomed with open arms by the owner.

by the way, the owner is speaking very well English and is very helpful.

The accommodation contains a nice double house. The rooms are big and comfortable equipted.

The House is located in a small and quiet village. You can get your bread every morning fresh. The village is very close to the highway and the beach Brella is just 25min far away.

We can highly recommend this accommodation and we would book this Villa, as soon as we go again to Croatia.

Our group of 16 people arrived way to early at the Villa that’s why we were positivly surprised that we could move in like 5 hours before we actually were allowed to. The first thing we noticed was that everything is very clean and that the decoration was absolutly lovely. We litteraly had everything we needed besides Marina who did everything to make us feel home. She gave us cookies and snacks. We couldn‘t ask for a better place. Marina made us feel home and was a big part of the reason why we had the best time in Croatia.

Marina et son mari nous ont accueilli comme si nous faisions partie de la famille. La villa est parfaitement équipée, la piscine est spacieuse, l'endroit est idéalement calme. Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve, en grande partie grâce à Marina. Nous recommandons+++++

Podobało mi się wszystko :) Po pierwsze właścicielka, Marina - przecudowna kobieta! Pomocna w niesamowicie miła. Położenie willi, wyposażenie, rozkład pomieszczeń - wszystko super. Basen z dużą ilością miejsca wokół zdecydowanie podobał się dzieciom. Do pobliskich sklepów tylko 3 minuty samochodem, więc wszystko można kupić. Rowery, mini siłownia super. W kuchni znajdziecie dosłownie wszystko czego potrzeba! Miejsce do grillowania ekstra.
Najlepsze jednak to to, że willa położona jest daleko od turystycznych miejscowości, co pozwala na prawdziwy odpoczynek! Nie musisz się ścierać z tysiącami turystów. Możesz zaszyć się w willi i spokojnie spędzić czas z rodziną. My byliśmy w 15 osób i nie czuliśmy, żeby było nam ciasno, więc spokojnie możecie się wybrać większą grupą :)

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Kroatien und die Villa von Marina hat wirklich alles was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Sie empfängt einen sehr herzlich und ist auch immer ansprechbar, wenn man Fragen hat.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
