Great seafood quality. Friendly staff. A perfect view from the terrace over the surrounding sea. Dishes can take a bit of time, but that's perfectly fine here. Just relax and enjoy the view. If you want a seat with seaview at 13:00 (opening time), be sure to be among the first.

Very special fish restaurant in a hidden bay near Rakalj, Istria. The tables are on a terrace above the sea with a tremendous view. The dishes are delicious, with extraordinary fresh quality. The waiters are friendly and understand different languages. It’s better to reserve a table for lunch. You will have to wait a bit for your food but it’s worth it!

I actually don’t want to write a review for this place. This is the kind of place that you want to keep a secret for yourself. A terrace covered by a roof of vines with a Roman balcony and view over the bay and harbor. A building covered by bougainvillea and other flowery shrubs and bushes. Combine that with great service and the best fish in the region and you make some new core memories. One of the most romantic places where I’ve ever eaten.

Another pearl of Istria that is worth visiting is the town of Rakalj with its beautiful landscape, and the last stop for all gastronomads is Sv. Mikula. We decided to enjoy fish delicacies, on Easter itself, enjoying it beyond the traditional rules that favor young lamb and prosciutto.
Decent cuisine, moderate prices and an enchanting view. Warm recommendation.

Beautiful family run restaurant overlooking the sea. We had a delicious meal, lots of local wine and fresh fish. Dinner was made even more perfect by a visit from some dolphins that we watched from our table. They accept cash and card and although you don’t need a booking, I’d recommended it to ensure you get the best sea view.

It is for sure one of the best restaurants on this planet. Of course, if you appreciate fresh, home made food. The whole family is awesome. The location is so nice, in the middle of the nature, gorgeous sea view and sea breeze. They family also have 2 appartements at this location. Best fish, best sea food, best view, best people!! We stumbled upon this place a couple of years ago and loved it. The location is breathtaking, the food amazing and the service polite, friendly and fast. We visited again last night and it was as good as we remembered.
