Apartments Villa Luka's

We had a fantastic stay at Luka's - super clean and spacious rooms, great view, lovely pool. Loved the little extra touches too: ice machine, coffee machine, gym etc. Close to town and easy to walk in.

All the staff were super helpful, sorted out transfers and tickets for the boat to Dubrovnik.

Would highly recommend and hope we're back soon! 👌

Irena and Luka are perfect hosts and have thought of everything you might need for the perfect holiday.
The Villa Luka apartments are very clean, well maintained and well equipped. The facilities are great with a fully fitted out gym and laundry service all included. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

What can I say! These guys are amazing. Perfect hosts, gorgeous apartments and great location. Lovely people who couldn’t do enough for you while you are there. Even dropped me by the airport on return and a local gym a few times. Everything you needed and want. Never had to ask for anything it was all thought off and taken care off. Highly recommended. I will return😀

Highly recommended! We only stayed one night as we were passing through. So sad to be leaving! Everything was just perfect. Flawless apartment, great facilities and everyone was so friendly. Definitely considering to come back and write my dissertation here next year! Thanks to everyone at Villa Lukas!

2nd time here. Absolutely amazing place and owners, it's a 5* hotel quality in terms of cleanliness and facilities but much better value and the convenience of having an apartment with cooking facility.
Everything is of the highest standard, rooms cleaned every other day, ice machine and coffee machine, pool towels, gym, sauna, library, every little detail has been thought of. Private transport to and from the airport included too. Wouldn't stay anywhere in else!! Superb

A great place to stay with a 10 minute (downhill) walk into town. If you don't like walking, the return uphill might put you off. However, you can get a bus that will 95% of the way. We were greeted by Luka himself on arrival A lovely man who showed us around and even has good contacts should you need any trips arranged or excursions at discounted rates.

The spotless apartment has all the facilities you would generally need. A nice clean toilet and shower. Small kitchen area with fridge, sink, China & Glass wear, a Double bed and a small balcony. One of the things that we loved about this apartment was sitting out on the balcony for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening (purchased from the local shop 5 minutes away). This balcony view gives you a good view into the horizon looking out at the sea. Our worry is the small plot of land between this apartment and the sea, if someone were to buy it and build another apartment block, you will lose the lovely view of the sea and then all of the charm of this place is gone.

There is a separate room in the basement with access to a free coffee machine, microwave etc etc and an art gallery which Luka's talented wife uses to sell her paintings.

We hope to return again soon.

Lukas, the owner could not do enough to help you. Villa was very clean and the facilities. From the villa there is small supermarket 3 minutes walk and the main town and restaurants were only 15 minutes walk.

Immaculately clean and well appointed apartments. Close to the centre of Cavtat where there are lots of great restaurants.

Modern apartments,clean,good WiFi,good coffee,parking places...good experience.Hard to come back from the center of Cavtat,the road is difficult to climb.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine ici, Luka est un hôte très accueillant et disponible.
Les chambres sont très propres avec une superbe vue sur la mer, dans un environnement calme et proche du centre !
Piscine et salle de gym très appréciables après une longue journée.
