Sehr sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Vermieterpaar! Die Vermieter sind deutschsprachig, immer sehr hilfsbereit und man konnte Sie immer ansprechen. Saubere Zimmer mit Klimanlage und Wlan. Die Unterkunft ist 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt und verfügt über eine sehr schöne Terrasse. 1a und ich würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen,denn ich habe mich dort sehr familiär gefühlt. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!

Absolut TOP! Alles sehr gut organisiert, sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber und es mangelt an nichts :) Super Lage und tolle Einrichtung. Aussicht auf den Garten & auf das Meer ist wirklich atemberaubend. Komme jederzeit gerne wieder hier her zum Familiären und aber auch jungem Flair. Auch die Geheimtips vom Gastgeber sind wirklich Perfekt 👌 Toller Urlaub 🥰

Großartige Bedienung und saubere Apartments. Ist in einer gute Lage, keine 4 Minuten von der Stadt entfernt. Gute Empfehlung für Restaurants oder Strände vom Vermieter. Gastfreundschaft ist Garantiert. Kriegt von mir 5 von 5 Sternen. 🇹🇷/🇩🇪

Sehr nette, hilfreiche, deutsch sprechende Gastgeber, angenehmes Ambiente....Zimmer sind sauber, Klima und WLAN vorhanden. 5min Fußweg ins Zentrum...kann ich nur empfehlen!

Sehr hübsch und sauber, alles da was man braucht. Terrasse ist das Highlight und die Vermieterin ist super nett.

Rooms not the same as shown on pictures. Very old fashioned furniture, the door cabinets are stiff and hard to close. Wardrobe smelled like mould inside. We had to keep our clothes in our luggages. The wifi connection was so poor even when we changed rooms. The showers in the ensuite was very uncomfortable to use because the shower head is fixed at an awkward knee height position. And for anyone who likes some sunshine in their room, the balcony does not get any sunshine until late afternoon! Quite disappointed.. definitely wouldnt come back here for the price we paid.

This is my first ever review and for someone who visited novalja for the 3rd time i am so disappointed in this accomodation. The owners refused to give myself and my boyfriend our deposit back because we have "damaged" the bedsheets. A bit of my blue hair has stained the bedsheets during the stay. The dye could have been easily washed off. They said they will need to get new bedsheets which apparently cost our whole 50e deposit. As you can see in the pictures there are bearly any stains. This is hair dye not paint 😡 if you decide to stay in this apartment be aware of the owners! They will make up any reason not to give your deposit back!!

Gabi was angry and Antonio known as „Kuchen” was angry as well but he was not that bad as his wife. We had an anthill in our room and a lot of ants in dishes. Very dirty place. Antonio and Gabi were unable to speak any language except Deutsch. Water in the shower was cold 24/7 so we didn’t feel any difference between sea and our shower. Antonio “Kuchen” destroyed our party with Italiano neighbours and we were very disappointed. To summarise Antonio is a cool guy but Gabi is aggressive.

Dirty apartament, we had ants, pebws and our dishes were sticky, but there is positive. Kuchen is very good guy but Gabi isn't.

Abbiamo prenotato la prima settimana di Agosto.La struttura non è completamente a disposizione degli alloggianti, padroni di casa(che non dovrebbero nemmeno essere presenti) scontrosi e antipatici. Il proprietario , sostenendo che stessimo facendo troppo rumore alle 22 di sera, si è intrufolato nel nostro appartamento SENZA BUSSARE e IN MUTANDE! Una scena raccapricciante...
Al posto di una villa intera, come pattuito alla nostra prenotazione sulla pagina AIRBNB, ci sono stati forniti solo 2 piccoli appartamenti, poco puliti(peli pubici trovati su sgabelli) e con componenti(come serrature e armadi) già danneggiati. Per di più sono stati imputati a noi danni di queste stesse strutture: con questo stratagemma ci hanno sottratto quasi tutta la cauzione.
Riassumendo: VERGOGNA.
